It’s very diverse, lots of sightseeing, plenty of places to go and eat. The Asian gardens are at their best in spring and autumn as they are my favourite time of year.
Has some great places to go shopping. Once of the main road through town the side streets look pretty with all the jacaranda trees that have been growing for over a hundred plus years.
If you want to see them in full bloom then visit for the yearly flower festival held every spring.

Toowoomba is a great town.
Toowoomba is a great town.
I love the way that it has retained much of it's heritage and feel of being a big country town rather than a city.
Locals are friendly and helpful, streets are wide and parking is easy.
I will be back...

Toowoomba is a beautiful city, especially if you are partial to trees and gardens. In addition to this there is more than enough shopping and some amazing views. Plus the cafe scene is well stocked and bars are all over the place! Certainly worth the trip.

Toowoomba has beautiful gardens, and flowers all around the city.
They still have many of the old architectural building which is a credit to the town. Being central you could walk just about everywhere.

Our last overnight stop before home so did not spend much time there.
Would be an ideal place to stay for the yearly flower festival. Visited the Cobb & Co museum which was very interesting. Nice, very popular cafe inside. Made our own supper with food purchased from the Coles supermarket which was right near the Jacaranda Place Motor Inn. A fast food outlet was situated on the other side of the road, so no need to go hungry.

We came to Toowoomba to visit a family member in Hospital, it was not a trip for pleasure unfortunately, but its like any other city, hustle and bustle of traffic flow, if you don't like the rat race of traffic, don't drive in the busy periods.
The location of Laguna in 7 Aubigny Street, East Toowoomba is great. It is located closed to the Toowoomba Grand Central Shopping Centre. Wonderful restaurants and Cafes are so close. The apartment was super clean. WIFI was perfect and high speed. All you need such as great home appliances are provided. It was amazing. I definitely recommend Laguna to everyone who wants to stay in Toowoomba and definitely will be back there. Thank you for the helpful and supportive staff.
We like that this is an entire place to rent at the price of one room in a motel or hotel, even cheaper.
Also we have a full access to kitchen, toilet and laundry, also water pressure is really good and also very hot water available. I had really amazing shower. I really liked all, couch in the lounge was another sofa-bed, kid’s toys were available, which we were very happy about. Host put a milk in the fridge, really appreciate it.
Great location, friendly staff, superior finishings in the room, and very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was outstanding. The location means that you are walking distance (10 minutes) to the major shopping centre and several quality restaurants.
Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing overnight stay. This hotel will be my preferred place of stay for all future trips to Toowoomba.
The staff were welcoming, everything was easy, the rooms were spotless and everything you need was provided, kitchen items, sink, microwave, extremely comfortable beds! Air conditioning and ceiling fans - a favourite for me. It was a hotel where when I thought of something I needed - it was there - fabulous and I won’t stay anywhere else from now on when I visit Toowoomba.
The hotel was in a great location with easy access to Toowoomba city.
The room was clean and tidy and all amenities were in good order.
The bedding was good, but the bed was a little aged.
Aircon and fan were good.
The shower was very good, with loads of hot water.
Despite being near the main road to Brisbane, the room was very quiet.
For an older Motel, The Glenworth is exceptionally clean. Possibly the most cleaned and well-maintained we have stayed at in Toowoomba. Also as it was a special request, we had a remarkably quiet room, that assisted us in regard to our reason for attending Toowoomba. Another big plus was the lovely gardens, quite beautiful.
Well positioned for our stay to visit family. Great restaurant in the hotel across the road. Easy to find. The room also had cooking facilities and a table and four chairs. Bed was comfortable. Parking right to the door.
Accommodation was central to everything required shopping centre, fast food restaurants, club hotels etc. Cheap accommodation, comfortable rooms and great access to locations to explore Toowoomba.
the care the staff provided, I left early, I was parked in the driveway putting the coordinates into the driving maps, to get me out of Toowoomba- the oncoming staff came to check that I was OK
Clean & just what we needed for a short stay overnight for our market in Toowoomba.
The beds were comfortable & the room was clean.
A good location for us and accommodating
great location, a short walk to the bus station. staff were very friendly, easy instructions and access to hotel. it was quiet and the room had access to netflix
Comfortable room, very quiet despite being a weekend with a lot of bar custom in the bar. Food option in the hotel restaurant plus shopping centre next door
Lovely clean and spacious room well presented, suited us and above expectation for the cost in comparison to other motels we have used in the same area.
