Have family in Quirindi. Very quiet town.
Have family in Quirindi. Very quiet town. Which is a nice break from the city life. Beautiful mountain views aroud. Pub meals and RSL meals are great. The Sugar Plum Tea and Coffee House is a recommended visit. IGA for any grocery needs. You can pretty much walk to any destination in the town. The silo light show is fun to watch at night. Coolamon fish and chip shop is great, though I issed out last time as they were closed on Sunday. The Lime Door gift shop is also a nice visit.Wood - 10Scored 10
Last minute trip to Agquip.
Last minute trip to Agquip. Gunnadah is about an hours drive. The Terminus Hotel is a must with great food. The largest chicken schnitty we have seen! A busy pub so get there early if something is on in town.DOJO1Australia - 8.0Scored 8.0

Great place to visit. Lots do see in the area . But don't go to the RSL for a meal, after an hour and a half I asked for mt money back, so did half the customers. But overall a nice place to visit, I recommend the Federal Hotel for a meal!

Lovely and friendly people.
Lovely and friendly people. We stayed at Sunflower Motor Inn, Marilyn and Barry were such hospitable and helpful hosts. We hope to be back next sunflower season. Definitely enjoyed our stay. When in Quirindi, you got everything you need and easy to get around. It has banks, Post Office, Art Centre, train station, Catholic Church, shops, 24-hour BP gas station, NSW RMS, delicious food at RSL and many others to mention. We would love to come back and stay longer.

I loved Quirindi because it was my childhood place and also I enjoyed looking at the garbage truck doing my old street collection. I was planning to come up for the old truck but it's not there anymore I believe but at least I got to see the current one.AAnonymousAustralia - 10Scored 10
Great place to simply relax and watch the world go by.
Great place to simply relax and watch the world go by. Use as a base to explore the region. Air conditioned and free wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Make sure you go to dinner at the Peach Blossom (chinese) in town. It was excellent.
