Ideally set behind the hotel which provided privacy and quiet. Easy access to the hotel for meals and drinks. The interior was obviously almost brand new with a total replacement.

Beautiful setting, beautiful hospitality, lovely dining room where we enjoyed a great breakfast. Beautiful grounds despite some recent storm damage. Just a short drive outside Yass, Ning our host contacted us in advance with very helpful directions. I mentioned an anniversary to our hosts, and Rob found us a complimentary bottle of French Champaign to celebrate!

The bed was comfortable and everything worked fine. At first I thought the air-conditioning was not working as it was around a corner from the main room. But it soon cooled off the air in the room once it got started.

It was well equipped with kettle biscuits coffee. Smart Tv. Bathroom was nice and great pressure with the hot water. Warm comfy and good access off the freeway. We would stay there again.

Property was spacious , cosy and well equipped. Hosts were were exceptionally friendly and efficient as was evident by the cleanliness of the rooms. Location is close to river walks and town centre.
