Please refund the extra charges for the room. We booked a 28 square meter 4 star room but the owner of the motel has allocated a 2 star 9 square meter room to us. the artesian springs are a huge drawcard for Moree and pull many visitors each year.Although when we stayed they had been closed for 5 weeks and were not opening until after we left the area. I also like that the staff were willing to stay open a little bit later to allow time for me to get to moree. Staff at this hotel ACTUALLY answer their business phone for enquiries. Made it so helpful. One other person staying at the hotel wanted food and one of the staff took it upon themselves to take that customer to get food at 11:30pm, which shows how beautiful these people are.MathewAustralia

The onsite restaurant is great and you are close to town if you want to explore further. Quiet location with plenty of parking. Thanks to the fantastic staff and great thermal pools we always look forward to our next visit.
