The view was absolutely magical. The location of this place is spectacular. The place is a little old and needs some TLC but the staff were lovely and welcoming and the food was great. Value for money :)

The room was immaculate. We have never stayed in accommodation that was presented in such pristine condition. Very comfortable bed with lovely crisp bedlinen. The surrounds of the room had many well kept plants and greenery.

We loved early morning bird calls while having our first cuppa on the verandas. Although right in town, the road to the main area at night had no footpath and was unlit so a torch is needed. Maleny Lane was a fun place to eat with different options in the one area.

Maleny is such a beautiful and cute town.
Maleny is such a beautiful and cute town. I love how it's surrounded by nature. I found it peaceful and comfortable and I would definitely go back again. We've done bush walking. It's so easy to get around Maleny everything felt close. We had lunch at Brouhaha which was absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were fantastic.

Maleny is a cute, quaint historical village with wonderful cafes (especially Monica's Cafe and its yummy burgers). It's surrounded by amazing, beautiful scenery. Bird World and Australia Zoo (both must-visits) are close by. A definite place to return to for rest and relaxation in a peaceful, restorative natural environment.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maleny Hills Motel.
We absolutely loved our stay at Maleny Hills Motel. From the very warm welcome on arrival, introduction to our room and lively chatter between the host Thierry and ourselves. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was an absolute delight each morning. We will definitely stay there again. There was a lot more to see and do around the area than we thought. Our main purpose was to visit friends but we also managed to fit in visits to Maleny, Montville, Flaxton, Mapleton and Mary Cairncross Pk. Eumundi market was on our list but we didn't manage to get there, maybe next time.

Maleny is a thriving hub for alternate living, with many arty and crafty type places. It has a rural, rustic felling, while being not too far away from larger towns - Landsborough and Caloundra.
It must be noted though, it is not a town for anyone who has bad knees or hips - the terrain is quite steep and sloping.
Highwood Park is an oasis of luxury set in remote peaceful surroundings. We woke to the sunrise over distant Moreton Bay, and sometimes low clouds brought mist to the valley far below. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast included in the deal before spending the days exploring historic towns, antique shops, rainforest walks, stopping in to see the Maleny platypus and going on hikes up the volcanic peaks of the Glass House Mountains. Then back home where everything we needed was provided by the excellent host.
Our stay at the cottages completely exceeded our expectations - the location was brilliant, and the air of peace and calm that pervaded the property was just what we were after. The cottage itself was larger than expected, and felt totally private. Little extras -- a generous breakfast hamper, the jazz playing when we arrived, the (fenced in and completely private) garden window off the bathroom -- really added to the sense of simple luxury.
Communication regarding self check in was fantastic - instructions were clear & easy to follow. Communication all round was really great. The Place was beautiful, garden out the front, the house and the beds were a dream to sleep in. Everything was clean and well presented. The views from the Property were amazing and it was so close to Maleny, Montville and everywhere we wanted to go.
The location holds a wonderful view and is very close to Maleny Botanic Gardens and Bird World and Australia Zoo in addition to many great places to eat. The rooms are very clean and the spa in these rooms are the best we've been in so far. The staff is very friendly and will happily assist you and provide great informaiton about local attractions and restaurants.
We loved our stay here. The property was very spacious. On beautiful property and they have thought of everything. The hamper was a lovely surprise. Very well appointed house. It felt like a family home and we wished we didn’t have to leave. Quiet and so relaxing. The wood fire was a real treat and the spa was heaven on those colder evenings.
The Teak Retreat was stunning! The house is beautifully appointed and well cared for, with all the little comforts and amenities that make a vacation excellent. The house was also very close to downtown. We've stayed in Maleny multiple times and this was by far the best property, from both its location and quality. 5 stars!
Extremely convenient location for both families & friends to stay and also held our post wedding celebration. The staff at the Maleny Hotel were AMAZING!! Everyone we came into contact were friendly and accommodating. Our group loved the laid-back country pub charm & hospitality which topped off an amazing day.
Trish & Chris made us feel like we were guest in there own private home. The cabin was exceptionally clean & had ample room. The amazing views of the valley from your balcony & your spa made you not want to leave. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was a perfect end to a great stay.
The house is beautiful. Very easy check in. The pool was amazing, wish it was a tiny bit more heated as it was cold outside. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was modern and well kept. Took my mum here for a surprise birthday trip for her 60th and she loved it. Will definitely be back.
What a fabulous stay - such a gorgeous, spacious home! The location, the furnishings, the view... Just stunning. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend away or a family gathering for a week! Everything was thought of, there was nothing missing from the home at all.
Our stay in the Calm Cottage at Maleny Luxury Cottages was superb. Every detail has been thought of and the room was absolutely fantastic. The view is incredible and not to mention having the outdoor bath and fireplace. Thank you Terry for a fantastic stay!
Our second stay at Maleny Tropical Retreat. More than adequately provisioned for breakfast. Super quiet. Fireplace, ceiling fan, A/C and spa. Lovely view from room and verandah. Clean, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. Will be coming back, again.
Amazing place with breathtaking view of nature, lovely birds, a warm fire place and wonderful hospitality. Our host provided wonderful fresh bread and provided nice homely items in the house that is unusual to see in accommodation
liked the spa and candles, real fireplace once started made a cosy room. Great location just off main road and cheese factory walking distance and 5 minutes to malaney - the private cottage made for a great romantic getaway
Good location for the wedding venue I attended at Tiffany's Maleny. Good sized room, great venue aesthetic in the outdoor area. Parking accessible in a few locations - subject to lunch rush and school hours.
Location has excellent access to Maleny Village - right next to the RSL, across from the Pub, and an easy short walk to the high street. The unit was clean with all the basics and a leafy green outlook.
Steve & Aliana were the most wonderful hosts. The cottage was even better than pictured. And the view took our breath away. The town of Maleny was a delight as well.
