I loved the Gold Coast! We were in Broadbeach, which had a relaxed vibe, great restaurants, each to access grocery, and great beaches! It was beautiful with a lot of options: hang out on the beach, check out a wildlife sanctuary, or schedule an excursion like snorkeling or surfing. So much fun.

I love the Gold Coast but in particular, Broadbeach.
I love the Gold Coast but in particular, Broadbeach. We walk everywhere as everything is close by, with restaurants, Pacific Fair and the Casino all very close by. The Gold Coast can get very hot in Summer so check temps before booking.

We stayed at Burleigh this time around.
We stayed at Burleigh this time around. It was a lot quieter than Surfers. Mixture of restaurants- family friendly and for singles. Lots of desert places and different restaurants to cater for everyone’s tastes.
I do prefer Surfers as I like the hustle and bustle and better shopping however Burleigh was a nice quiet change.

Amazing beaches.
Amazing beaches. The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a must visit if you want to have a real experience with kangaroos and koalas. And you are going to have not only the best photos but the best views of the Gold Coast at the Skypoint building.

The Gold Coast covers a large area and long sea front.
The Gold Coast covers a large area and long sea front. Organised like a city with 700,000+ population. Public transport is good though there is no bus or tram route along the promenade. Need a Go card which is also valid in Brisbane - these are not as widely available as their equivalents in Sydney or Melbourne. Ocean and beach views are stunning and Surfers' Paradise is not an exaggeration.

The apartment was great and comfortably,
The apartment was great and comfortably,
There was underground parking for each apartment . And visitors parking which was fantastic, the view was lovely, of the sea, restaurants was not far away some lovely restaurants but they close so early 8:45pm we did not arrive until 7:30 pm, but we found a pub and was able to get food at the pub, and it music which was nice.and they only stayed open until 10:30 pm.
The next night we went to a lovely Greek restaurant. A nice little strip in main beach with restaurant and cafes. 3 mins away.
Great place to stay.
Great location just across from the beach and a short walk to the shops and public transport yet far enough away from the noise and hustle of the main strip. The hotel staff were lovely, they had beach boards and buckets for the kids to use for our stay. The pools onsite were great - one indoor and one outside and both were nice and clean. We had a beach facing 2 bedroom apartment for a very affordable price for a family for a weeks stay - not a super modern hotel but it had all we needed to be comfortable.
Location is great. The Gold Coast is perhaps the most overrated destination in Australia, but popular with some domestic tourists. This results in high costs which don't equate with the other countries. So forgetting that for a moment, the facilities were fine to a point, a tram ride away from Surfer's Paradise and near cheap and mid range food options. The hotel/bar is very cosy and friendly. It's a slice of Australiana in an otherwise gaudy destination.
Location was good, about a 5 minute walk to the Florida Gardens tram stop (chose not to hire a car for the trip). Visited for the Gold Coast Marathon weekend so the spa bath in the room was handy after the marathon. Close to shared walking/e-bike/bike path junction near the Langham Hotel which made walking up to Surfers Paradise or down to Broadbeach easy. Property kept me informed with check-in and check-out information via text.
The room is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a huge shopping center across the road. It is very convenient to do shopping for food and all kinds of products. There is also a nice food court there with good varieties. It is very nice to do some cooking for a family's stay. The public transportation is very convenient. The terminal for bus to the airport and light rail is in front of the hotel.
Breakfast was good enough. But when I made a booking I have been told by booking.com that we will get similar 2 rooms..but not in this case..we got one average sized room and another one smaller..we have paid enough for family rooms but we did not get ..I would like to get reimbursed money we have paid for breakfast $30 each and then we get to know from hotel is cheaper.. you guys have ripped us.
.,
Gorgeous views of the ocean! The apartment was spacious and clean. There was a nice little care package of food goodies left for us which was a nice touch. The bed in the master bedroom was a large King size which was a bonus. The location was perfect for us as we were there for the Blues on Broadbeach music festival so we were right bang in the middle of all of the action.....perfect!
Every aspect of this house was ideal. We all very much enjoyed this supreme 5-star hotel like experience with confortable and polished furniture. Furthermore, the convenience of communication with the pleasent host and her hospitality exemplary. In addition this house's location is perfectly suited for a relaxing holiday in both Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Amazing staffs, clean toilet and great shower, what else you can ask for! breakfast pancake was really lovely too and overall it was very nice experience.
Sometimes when you book a hostel with cheap price, you can assume that it'd be dirty or nasty but here is really amazing and I'd definitely book here again if I'll come back to Gold Coast.
The staff were efficient when i notified them what i had come across in the room when we had checked in, offered to put us in another room but was happy to stay in that room and have the bedding changed. Other then that the room was clean and comfy. Great location and cheaper parking then anywhere else around the gold coast.
Location was excellent property has aged and needs updating and some areas cleaning. I do not believe this establishment warrants the price charged and in my opinion is a 3.5 star hotel. Enjoyable overall but room for improvement.
I reckon I’ve stayed here four or five times. It’s an older Gold Coast hotel but the rooms are well appointed, clean and modernized. All the famous superbank waves are right there for you and 500 of your closest friends to enjoy
this hotel is in a great location. we also booked very late (as another accommodation fell through) and this hotel was the cheapest that looked decent enough to stay in. the view, pool and spa were amazing.
apartments are nice and big, clean & comfortable. kids loved the pool and spa. close to cavil and the beach. would definitely recommend this place & I’d definitely bring my family back
Condor apartments accommodated my family perfectly. We were able to not only enjoy the Gold Coast scenery but also use the sauna and warm pool @ the apartment.
I was just looking for a cheap overnight stay on the Gold Coast that wasn't a dorm and this place came up. In a tower block right at the casino it was 5 star!
