Never go to blacktown tavern.
Never go to blacktown tavern. It's a waste of money and time. If u want to get sick than go there. I vomited whole nite because the cattle had black fungus in it. Health and safety is a risk. U pay for hotel and on hot day air-conditioning is not working. U get told by the duty manager off the air-conditioning n open all windows n sleep. No one talks about fixing anything.

The receptionist are not that friendly and doesn't attend to customers query specially when it comes to refunds. We have been calling them and was told that they will ring us back once the manager is in but no call received. It is so frustrating. The staff could have been a bit more helpful and a bit friendlier, the hotel really needs an upgrade, the breakfast menu really needs upgrading and they need more than one person in the kitchen and they need to upgrade the machines as some didn’t even work. They need to put soundproof the windows as every bit of outside noise can be heard at all times of the day and night.

The hotel is within walking distance of Blacktown shopping and rail. Excellent parking on site and good pub meals with bottle shop. If you want to stay in Western Sydney, Blacktown Hotel is worthy of consideration.

The beds were like a cloud to sleep on. The rooms were so so quiet that you got a great nights sleep. The Breakfast was amazing. There was a drive in out the back. Wow.
