Close to our function address and the breakfast area was clean. The staff at desk ok but used self check as directed which I found a bit impersonal. No extra pillows in room cupboard and no hand towel. No cold water in fridge which would have been nice on arrival.

Never go to blacktown tavern.
Never go to blacktown tavern. It's a waste of money and time. If u want to get sick than go there. I vomited whole nite because the cattle had black fungus in it. Health and safety is a risk. U pay for hotel and on hot day air-conditioning is not working. U get told by the duty manager off the air-conditioning n open all windows n sleep. No one talks about fixing anything.

The receptionist are not that friendly and doesn't attend to customers query specially when it comes to refunds. We have been calling them and was told that they will ring us back once the manager is in but no call received. It is so frustrating. The hotel quality is so low, so dirty and locks are not working, paints chipped and trash underneath the bed.

The staff could have been a bit more helpful and a bit friendlier, the hotel really needs an upgrade, the breakfast menu really needs upgrading and they need more than one person in the kitchen and they need to upgrade the machines as some didn’t even work.
They need to put soundproof the windows as every bit of outside noise can be heard at all times of the day and night.

The hotel is within walking distance of Blacktown shopping and rail.
Excellent parking on site and good pub meals with bottle shop.
If you want to stay in Western Sydney, Blacktown Hotel is worthy of consideration.
Great location not far from M4 exit, it’s near to Sky Drive-in cinema as well. So basically it’s perfect for date night out. The hotel decoration was fun and colourful, so is our room. It’s beyond our expectation that the room was big, with sofa and small kitchenette. The kitchenette has microwave, toaster, jug, mini bar with choices of drink even wine! The mounted TV even a bit annoying at the beginning but so good cause it can be moved towards our bed. Bathroom was big and clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quaint but clean. Good value for money. Tavern was excellent, family friendly and the bistro has a good selection of meals that were reasonably priced. I would definately recommend Blacktown Tavern to my friends. Very happy with my stay there. Good job guys. 😃
Staff were wondering - very helpful. Loved how the play area restaurant/bar & pool was in view at reception!
Love how the hotel had this industrial feel and well planned in the room we had.
Kingsize Bed - so comfy and had the best sleep. Buffet Breakfast was AMAZING - so much to choose from
close to Blacktown connected to the Blacktown Workers which was a big plus. Great staff and facilities, washing and drying facilities, Mecca’s next door and 7/11 just up the road. Smaoll centre about 700m up the road busses at the front door on the hour to Blacktown.
Our first time there, we usually stay at the Travelodge, and with all the facilities available it was very good. The 24 hour reception, room service are valued commodities at our age and they were gratefully appreciated.
Stayed when attending Sydney Motorsport Park with a large group of friends (18), the restaurant was able to easily accommodate the group and as usual the meals were great. Room was comfortable and quite.
Everything about Autra Blacktown was exceptional.
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
I will definitely be recommending friends and family to visit.
3rd stay at this hotel. Clean and tidy. Travelling for work. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is yummy.
Has RSL next door for dinners. All and All, suits my needs when travelling for work.
I stay at this hotel several times a year to visit family. The location is perfect for me. The staff are usually very helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are always clean.
The room was good value for money, and the attached hotel was good value for something to drink and something to eat without the need to drive anywhere or catch a cab.
