ALBANY is amazing.
ALBANY is amazing. We have visited numerous times over the past 20 yrs but the first cabin No 1 Rose Gardens at Emu Point was awful. We asked to be moved and for an extra fee we were offered much better accommodation which was lovely. The managers were friendly...however not happy that we thought the first cabin was dirty and run down.

Albany has a lot to offer. We enjoyed the town with its
art galleries, woodwork gallery, helpful tourist information office, food and coffee outlets. Visit the Vancouver Arts Centre for interesting installations as well as the historic old hospital building.
The Albany Heritage Park and National Anzac Centre are well worth visiting and revisiting - what a wealth of historical information in an engaging, interactive display! Nearby coastal highlights at Emu Point and The Gap and Natural Bridge are not to be missed. This is an area of stunning natural beauty.

Albany is beautiful especially at this time of the year. Loads of nice restaurants and cafes to visit. Well stocked supermarkets for some self catering. Plenty of places to visit and explore. Wilson’s brewery was our favourite place to visit. We went twice 😃Also loved seeing the chainsaw sculpture drive.

There is a lot to see and do in Albany.
There is a lot to see and do in Albany. Your first stop should be the Albany Visitors Centre which was more than helpful pointing out various places to go and things to see. Most shops are closed on a Sunday so be prepared.
From communication with the owner, central location, cost and the unit itself, everything was simply superb. Even down to the thoughtful Christmas decorations. I had a wonderful stay in this well equipped unit, situated in a convenient location central to everything, and at a cost that was more than reasonable. A hidden treasure, and by far the most enjoyable stay in Albany. I truly hope all future visits will be here. Recommend to couples planning a getaway. And lastly, Thank you Annie for making my holiday possible.
The breakfasts were absolutely superb - every day.
Well appointed bathroom that made the most of the space.
The room was spacious and had everything that we wanted.
The location overlooking Middleton Beach was excellent and there is a balcony so you can make the most of it.
Walking to local shop, bar, restaurant & fish & chip shop - then along the beach.
We were lucky with the weather and a super full moon in Albany, but there is so much to do - we'll be back.
The Albany holiday units for an excellent place to stay. We were only in Albany for three nights that and were very happy using the Albany Holiday Units extremely comfortable as our base. it is ideally located close to Middleton beach which is very pretty area. Our unit was very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The grounds were beautifully tended and it was a pleasure to stay there.
We stayed in a very clean villa and the service was great - friendly and prompt. The caravan park grounds are immpecable and there is plenty of things to do for the kids if you want to remain within the park. Walking distance to the beach and Emu Point, including the Emu Point Cafe was great and if you are looking for something that isn't more than 10 minutes from Albany CBD this is a great option.
What looks like a 70’s motel on the outside was a 5 star hotel on the inside. Such a wonderful surprise. Stayed in the refurbished executive suite and it had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean and luxurious. A separate lounge, bedroom and a balcony. Splurge on the suite - it’s worth it. A good restaurant also. Within walking distance to town.
The hotel is in central Albany close to shops and restaurants. Its in walking distance to the bus station and the bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially as I had a large complex booking of multiple rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean and had the usual amenities. There was parking closeby. The area was safe and quiet.
Great location. Close to the centre of Albany without being in town. Easy to find
very clean cabin and well equipped kitchenette and spacious lounge dining space.
Super friendly staff who made check-in and check out a breeze.
Fantastic gardens, very well maintained and cared for.
Great location, close to the water and only 10 to 15 minutes from town and stores. Great café down the road and excellent fishing off the rocks. A path to walk or ride that goes all the way to Middleton beach. The morning cups of tea overlooking the water are most excellent.
The unit is clean and comfortable, walking distance to Middleton beach and some nice cafe near by, Owner were very friendly and helpful, free parking just right in front of the unit, will definitely book with them again when we visit Albany again
We were moved into the owners other property at additional cost as our original booking had not specified separate beds (my error). Albany Holiday Apartments were very clean, roomy and comfortable. A good alternative.
Location is very good for easy access to the 'central town area of Albany' on foot and to tackle the various walks down to the harbour area and to Middleton Beach. Also like the balcony and outdoor table setting.
Accomodation was very clean and comfortable with a great bed. Walking distance to beautiful Middleton beach and a great restaurant (Rats Bar) just down the road. We had a great stay and loved Albany.
The check in lady was very friendly. She enthusiastically recommended restaurants to us. She also recommended places of interest in Albany to us. She was obviously very proud of her town, Albany.
the place was very clean and the location was very convenient. it is a quiet area when we were there. albany is easy to get round so it wasnt far to drive to downtown and supermarkets.
