The hotel is quite rustic and full of character. Excellent internet connection. Strong water pressure in the shower. And while its located right along the Cardrona-Wanaka road, the traffic I noticed is greatly reduced after about 8pm and doesn't pick up again until about 6/0630am. This didn't interfere with my sleep at all.

La Quinta has lovely views. The staff were amazing to deal with and very helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. They even provide laundry detergent and softener, as well as dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid etc. Brilliant property.
