I visited the Farmers Market which was fun. I also had a takeaway meal of blue cod, oysters and homemade chips from Best Cafe. The meal was amazing.
I visited a part of the Botanic gardens which was lovely and watched a women’s rugby game at Opoho, just above the Gardens. We were treated to beautiful weather and a large flocks of wood pigeons!

It was very cold, but luckily it didn't rain and where we've stayed our heatpump was amazing. Dunedin is beautiful with very old beautiful buildings and lots of noisy students walking in the main streets until very late talking very loud and kicking rubbish bins.

St Clair beach good places to stay and eat. Easy city to get around.
Friendly people. Beautiful buildings and good shopping with helpful people. All round a lovely city, just don't stay at On Top backpackers and get ripped off. Not what I paid for/ promised by Booking.Com.
Fantastic location, very central in Dunedin and the view of the waterfront was a perk. It was next door to Moiety, where we really wanted to book dinner for a night, Unfortunately we were staying over new years so the restaurant was closed. Hotel was walking distance to downtown and rhe university, fireworks, and most restaurants and about 15min driving away from the castle. We were able to drive about 45min to the royal albatross center as well, which was very scenic.
everything in this apartment is high end and luxury in a historical building!
love the furniture and interior design! full of Victorian character!
love the food, coffee and tea provided.
Dan is a great host! we had a little problem with the microwave in one of the evenings. after messaged Dan, he rang me immediately and had Andrew came and fixed it in a minute! that was incredible! Bell Hill apartment is the highlight of our Dunedin trip!
The location of this hotel is close to the heart of Dunedin. It's a beautiful historic building with great character. Staff were great to talk too, very friendly and helpful. The Grand casino is only a 10min walk if you like that sort of thing but a lovely place for dinner.
Our hotel room was very comfortable, good facilities but cold, which once the heater was on if was nice and warm.
Loved this apartment style hotel! Really tastefully decorated - great modern industrial style. Was spotless and the apartment is a great size for a short or long stay - great facilities with a full size fridge, cook top, kitchen amenities and even a dishwasher. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was a good size and modern. Excellent value!
Hotel was beautifully decorated, upmarket and plush. Room amenities were wonderful. Loved the Coffee and Tea facilities and spa quality bathroom amenities. Wonderful continental breakfast. Walking distance from Dunedin Octagon and shopping. Concierge facilities great. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Well presented and spotlessly clean with an excellent shower. Everything you could realistically want for a short stay. Very close to the Botanical Gardens and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Dunedin is 20 minutes walk or a short bus-ride from right outside the hotel.
Breakfast was of international hotel standard with amazing variety of cooked breakfast of your choice plus continental breakfast .Spoilt for choice on both counts.
The staff were attentive and very accomodating .
We did not have dinner but the cafe food was great too
Super clean and so comfortable! This Hotel made our trip so much more special! Barry and Donna are lovely welcoming hosts and accommodated us in every way possible! We come to Dunedin once every 3 months and this will now be the only place we want to stay!
The facilities fitted in with just what I required. A mixture of hotel/motel facilities providing me with what I wanted, what was available to me and my own in/out privacy. A great combination and I will definitely come again.
Walking into complete luxury! Hotel was beautiful. The furnishings were stunning, the bed was heavenly beautiful linen, pillows and comfort was exceptional! The bathroom was just luxurious.
Everything was just stunning!
Beautifully appointed in soothing blue-gray tones. Pristine, well maintained, modern, perfection. Loved the jacuzzi tub, monogrammed linens and bathrobes. Best hotel in all NZ so far. Loved our 3 night stay at BG!
Great CBC location & central to everything.
A basic somewhat old fashion Hotel from Art Deco - Edwardian era, very comfortable but not posh.
WE highly recommend the Law Courts Hotel.
I had an enjoyable couple of days in Dunedin. The hotel was close to the places I wanted to visit and parking was a bonus. Staff were friendly and I had no complaints. Thank you.
Amazing facilities! We loved the decor and the way in which the hotel has been set up! So close to everything - in terms of Dunedin’s food and dining experiences.
Fantastic new boutique hotel in the heart of Dunedin. Perfect location just behind the mall. Great on site cafe and beautiful rooms and interior decor.
