The food in Hanora's Cottage was delicious, the breakfast had the most enormous choice of freshly prepared/cooked dishes. The other guests were friendly without being overwhelming and the bed was very comfortable. There was a jacuzzi bath, but I didn't try it.

I would love to go back we have been twice and it's just...
I would love to go back we have been twice and it's just amazing break away. Two nights is just too short. We even had thunder storms and wettest weather in ling time and wouldn't take away from the room and location. Only problem we had was the electric went out on the first night but we were just going to bed so messaged the owner in the morning and she was down to fix it straight away. Amazing hidden gem in Waterford would love to shout about it and at the same time keep it to ourselves as it's amazing break awaylauraUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
ballymacarbry was lovely with so many amazing options...
ballymacarbry was lovely with so many amazing options including horseriding, hiking, camping available lots of interesting historical buildings including careys castle. there is a good session with music in the local pubs and some amazing sights of both sliabh na mban and the comeragh mountains.

The room was extremely cosy and the beds were more comfortable than many hotels we've stayed in. ` The view from the room into the meadow was the star of the show. The breakfast delivered to the cabin each morning was delicious! We loved the freshly baked homemade bread and the crepe batter was fantastic.

(it's more like a very small hotel) is next to a lovely river. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. you can do nice walks right from the property. And with a small drive up the hill, there's a lovely walk in the hills. Loads of interesting birds around
