Concerts and themed weeks such as Tango or horse festivals makes it an interesting destination. The garden is quite extraordinary...
The garden is quite extraordinary... In contrast with a very bleak city. Good only because it's quite close to some interesting spots in the mountains and far enugh to avoid premium touristic fares. We found an awesome small restaurant though (and I'm french myself from the countryside - I actually know what genuinely good food is like!). No longer have its name sorry.GillesIreland

The building was full of character and lovely touches, little nooks with seating, pool lit up in the evening if you wanted to sit around with a drink (although you have to bring your own, but there is a little fridge in the room). Breakfast was delicious with warm fresh bread and lovely jams. We would definitely go back if we are ever there again.MauraUnited Kingdom

I had a suite of rooms that were all pleasantly decorated and comfortable. Christine, the hostess was so very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. And although the weather was not nice enough to enjoy eating in the garden, the dining room setting was wonderful.

First impressions of the hotel are not particularly great as the foyer and corridors could do with a refresh but money has clearly been spent on bringing the rooms up to scratch. A good size with interesting decoration, a comfortable bed, kettle/drinks and a fridge/minibar. Modern bathroom which again was a good size.

They offered to keep my bike in the patio and even offered a lock for my peace of mind. Perfect location. Walking distance from downtown and train station. Safe neighborhood. We found free parking spaces in the street next to hotel both nights.
