The beds were different than the pics in booking, we insisted, hardly changed. We lost time discussing. At nights we needed to pass two gates with password while getting back to hotel, interesting area, no public transp. Towels not changed although we requested beforehand. Last day the coffee/tea machine didn't give beverage but debited our cards many times; we told the reception next day and they said it would be fixed, it took ten days, but prb solved.

Simple but good. I ordered the mini bus for the airport, it was on time. Everything went smoothly. Will stay there again if I fly early.
