They gave us free parking and big room which was very comfortable.
Although Mulhouse has a colourful historic centre with cobbled squares and half-timbered houses, the city is best known for its industry. Textile production shot the city into the limelight, a fact detailed in the Museum of Printed Textiles.
The world’s largest train collection is in the multi-coloured French National Railway Museum, next to the Electropolis electricity museum. The National Automobile Museum is also the world’s largest and features the Schlumpf Collection of classic cars and an exhibition track. To the east is the Parc Expo Mulhouse event centre, while west is the train station.
The heart of the city is Place de la Réunion where pavement cafes overlook the 16th-century town hall, decorated with frescoes and a 2-sided staircase. The Mulhouse Christmas market is held here at the foot of the Protestant St Stephen’s Church with its towering spire.
The Catholic church of the same name also has a tall tower, and the Tour de l’Europe is a modern skyscraper with a restaurant on top. Its 3 sides face France, Switzerland and Germany, reflecting the history of the Alsace which was under Swiss and German rule before joining France once and for all.
EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg also serves the 3 countries, and Booking.com has a good range of luxury hotels, and cheap apartments and B&Bs nearby.

Seemingly just another industrial city there is plenty of top quality museums both in Mulhouse and in nearby Basel, including the Cite du Train (Mulhouse); and the Toy World Museum and the Paper Mill (in Basel). City centre is compact and walkable, plus there's a tramway that links to the railway station.

Mulhouse is an old industrial town and this is reflected in the main tourist attraction - the French national railway and car museums both of which are well worth a visit.
I was able to walk to the latter but the former involved a trip on the City's tram network which was frequent, cheap and appeared to offer a reasonable coverage of the main parts of the city.
Mulhouse is not that far from Strasbourg and Colmar and was a good base for sightseeing in the region.

We were only on a short holiday so two days was probably about right. Mulhouse is a very pleasant town. Not as pretty as Colmar which we visited earlier in the day, but still a very pleasant and friendly place to stay. We formed the opinion that Mulhouse is probably a very stress free, and attractive place to live. We enjoyed our stay and ate very well.

I had never really thought about Mulhouse but I chanced upon a video on YouTube which advised that it was a great location from which to travel by train to see Colmar Strasbourg etc to took a chance best decision I made Mulhouse is a nice town easy to get around and has a fantastic auto museum and good rail museum good shopping and options for eating . SNCF and local trains all over the place well worth checking out and a lot cheaper than Strasbourg etc even taking account of rail fares . Easy to use tram system and its Christmas market was really good and far fewer crowds .I would visit again .
Small hotel in a little bit depressing surroundings, just a few steps away from the city center. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel is small but clean, with rooms just big enough for sleeping overnight, large secured parking for the cars, simple but sufficient breakfast. Good place for tourists coming to explore Mulhouse but there is no space for working in a room if needed. Good value for the money compared to other options near the city center
The staff was very friendly to me. The hotel is clean and comfortable and perfect temperature. It is a nice place to sleep before hitting the road again the next morning. It is nothing flashy as it is a budget hotel and it appears to be an old Ibis Budget hotel. I would for sure stay here again. The parking is so easy. The rates are perfect for me as I need affordable.
The personnel was amazing, very polite, and friendly. We stayed in Mulhouse for a wedding, and the Berti personnel helped us with ironing our wedding clothes and all of our unusual requests. The Hotel itself is charming, with an elegant classic style with the comfort of modern utilities. The room was perfect for me, clean with AC and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was also pretty good.
Clean and comfortable rooms, well connected tram with centre and main train station from the hotel, we were travelling from this place to Colmar and Strasbourg. Be aware that this is hotel/home for the retirement old people, but they are nice and friendly. We had a pleasant stay at this place.
I spent one night in Mulhouse traveling from Italy to Germany. I found Brit Hotel perfect for my needs. Room was small but clean, comfy beds and a super conveninent gated parking for 7€. The hosts were nice and helpful. The hotel is at 10 minutes walk from the main square and pedestrian area.
This boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise on our way to Strasbourg. We were satisfied with the friendly staff and the spotless and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious and parking was easy in the courtyard. The perfect stay on Mulhouse, can't wait to come back!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Super friendly staff. Especially Jean Eloi. We were on bikes and arrived too early and sweaty. We were able to take a shower and change. The hotel
Is fun and quirky. Breakfast is super. The location can not be more perfect!
Comfortable and clean accomodation at low price. Studio with baby cot provided. Easy stop en route to Italy. Mulhouse is the kind of location suited for an overnight stay, with a small city centre than can be visited in a few hours.
great hotel for a one night sleep (we just passed Mulhouse on our way and needed accomodation). close to th highway, a lot of private parking space, clean room (we booked one with private bathroom) and strong coffee in the morning.
Excellent location, nice clean apartment. Great for both long and short stays. Very close to France-Swiss border. Nearby hilly areas if someone likes to visit. very close to local amenities. Easily accessible.
The hotel is well located in the centre and within 30 minutes walking distance from most attractions. It has a small supermarket within 1min of the door. The rooms and bathrooms are fine as is the breakfast.
Hotel located in the center of Mulhouse. Location is very comfortable to visit the city center and other sights. The staff are very friendly, the room was clean and cozy.
I liked everything, good location, nice appartment, if you want to cook there is amazing kitchen, the windows are large and bring the sense of France ☺️
