Room was spotlessly clean and there was a wide choice for breakfast. All the staff (reception, breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really close to the Channel Tunnel terminal.

Such a great stop-over; everything was so good and excellent value for money. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. This is the second time that we have stayed and will definitely stay again.

It was a bonus to find a restaurant actually in the hotel and the staff were really friendly, with the restaurant manager speaking fluent English. Great meal and great service.

Very handy location as wanted somewhere to stay after crossing through the euro tunnel very late at night. Fitted the bill perfectly as a place to stopover before heading further into Europe after a good sleep. Very comfy bed. Bathroom a bit basic and plastic but overall a very good hotel for the price.

Coquelles is a small group of housing and industrial units between Calais proper and Sangatte. It is not a place to visit for tourists, you need a car, although Calais and Sangatte are a only stiff walk away.

Didn’t spend enough time to give a helpful review.
Didn’t spend enough time to give a helpful review. We ate at the Poivre Rouge. Staff very nice but the steak my wife had was the most overpriced piece of meat I have ever seen. The steak - butchers cut - is in the photo. It cost €15.50 on its own!!

We have previously visited just to go through the Tunnel.
We have previously visited just to go through the Tunnel. Time on our hands this time, meant that we could visit some of the beaches. Those at Sangatte were truly lovely and well worth spending a day or more at. Coquelles itself has a good supermarket, restaurants etc, so worth breaking the journey there and preparing either for an excursion further into France, or the trip back home. And if you have time, Cap Gris-Nez is also lovely!

The hotel and ones next to it has a large police presence and many police vehicles in the car park making it feel very safe and secure. The location is perfect for the tunnel and shopping, where it is quite basic it suits well for an overnight stop.
Staff friendly and efficient.
Furnishings a little tired.
Its a cheap hotel and the room is small. But they managed to put a lot in it. Mind to use the bathroom alone otherwise it can be a tight fit. It was very clean. The staff and management was very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for breakfast but knew that beforehand. At our time of stay it was 8 Euro a person, I consider this cheap. Its a basic breakfast but it was within expectations. Very good hotel if your just staying the night and easy to find.
The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the Calais Eurotunnel port. Despite how close it is to the tunnel, it is on the edge of a nice town (Coquelles) with fields around it.
The room was a good size and the shower was excellent.
We ate dinner in the hotel which we enjoyed, and breakfast was great too.
The night manager on duty was extremely helpful, he helped us change rooms as the first room we had the window was broken and the cold air was coming in. He also arranged for a late evening snack for us and offered for us to sit in the restaurant and made us feel very comfortable and ‘special’. Thank you!
Conveniently placed on the outskirts of Calais, this modern, efficiently run hotel has a great deal to offer: helpful multi-lingual staff, excellent rooms, a tremendous 3 course evening meal, first come first served EV charging + Tesla stations and a good value breakfast before you depart.
We had food delivered to our room as our daughter had to be out to bed and it was exceptional! Very tasty with quality ingredients. We hope to come back and eat in the actual restaurant next time. Room was perfect and the travel cot was all set up for us.
I used to stay in this hotel at least once a year before the pandemic. I haven't been there for about 3 years. The room is still clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. Being right next to Eurotunnel and Cite Europe, the location is fantastic.
The hotel is a step above the rest of the Calais hotels, and delivers a warm friendly experience, with excellent rooms, food and service, for a very reasonable price.
In our opinion, very difficult to match, let alone beat.
check-in went well, they have 3 hotels one next to the other, 2-star, 3-star, and 4-star, so you need to know in which one you made your booking, so you do not have to go from one to another before you find your room
Easy to find, plenty parking space. Close to eurotunnel. Provided a very comfortable nights sleep after our long journey 10 hour journey up france. Refreshed ready for the next leg of our journey to Yorkshire.
Location 10 min drive to port of Calais. Safe parking . good location for shopping / eating drinking before catching Ferry
we only had Breakfast at hotel, which is your typical cold breakfast
Communication from the hotel was exceptional. They emailed and also rang me to let me know where my keys would be left for malate arrival. Room was spotless
We come here at least twice a year as this is the perfect location before or after the eurotunel! The hotel is clean, modern and has everything you want.
The staff were amazing!! It was just 5 mins from the Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais, it’s so close to many amenities. Breakfast was fabulous too!
