The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. They have also a terrasse and a little garden where you can take your breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. Continental breakfast is plentiful and fresh, they have home baked delicious gateaux every morning.

No nighttime reception, given door code in a letter when check in but this wasn’t communicated. No lift. Rooms basic however clean. Location is top of a spar and opposite casino. Easy walking to quality restaurants or marina.

Amazing sea view from our little balcony. Modern room, comfortable bed. The breakfast room has a nice view, but breakfast itself is very basic. Friendly staff. Convenient location very close to the sea and short walk to restaurants and shops.

We were met at a time agreeable to both parties and shown the flat. Two things not mentioned on the details are the showeroom/bathroom were on-suite to one of the bedrooms therefore to use the bathroom for a shower or teeth clean one had to go through another person’s bedroom not a deal breaker for us but might be for others. Also as a partially disabled person the loo was tiny and difficult to deal with!!!
