Quiet in spite of being in the middle of town. Private parking was a game changer for us.
The room and the bed were extremely comfortable.
Decent although cold breakfast.

We stayed near two large town squares with loads of bars / cafes / restaurants both surrounded by wonderful architecture. We felt safe and walked back to our accommodation without any fears for our safety. It was May day and we were not sure if many places would be open but it was packed. They were tidying up a market when we arrived so we missed that but would definitely come back again, maybe for a few more days. Not sure about public transport and outside of the area we stayed in, but very pleased with our random choice.

We love Arras.
We love Arras. It's a shame we only ever stay enroute while travelling to the South of France. We've decided that we will make a proper holiday in the city in the future and take time to enjoy this vibrant place, as well as exploring the history and the WW1 battlefields.

The main reason for our visit was to visit the Christmas Market which is one of the largest we have seen. At other times of the year there appear to be plenty of other places to visit and activities in the city or surrounding area. We ate out twice there - are certainly a lot more restaurants to try!
Having an automated system for entering the building and the unit was incredibly convenient. The hosts were very easy to communicate with ahead of time (we did not need to contact while staying). The location right next to the train station was fantastic for our party as we arrived and left by train. The unit was clean, and comfortable with the added little touches to make it a nice place to stay. If we return to Arras, we will definitely look this unit up as a place to stay again.
Excellent small and comfortable hotel. Staff are helpful, site is secure. It’s about 3-4 km from the centre of the town with several restaurants in close proximity. A car is a necessity for the hotel but no longer needed for the restaurants. An inexpensive hotel, presumably because it’s a bit out-ox-town, but nothing to worry about.Breakfast available as an option.Everything very clean , am happy to recommend the hotel and staff, and of course it’s facilities!
Clean and convenient. Good aircon. Excellent value for money. Great for a stopover whilst travelling through France. The square in town centre is well worth visit if you have time. Really beautiful. Good shopping area just across the road from hotel with restaurants and bars and enormous supermarket to stock up on supplies.
The location was lovely and quiet in a residential area. Easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Arras. The place was clean, tidy, comfortable, and a good place to relax.
Hosts were super responsive and helpful when needed. The closest shop is a 5-minute walk. Added bonus of being able to park right outside the place for free!
Perfect appartment, very well equipped, good location a short stroll into the town centre, on-street parking outside was easy and mostly free (just pay for a couple of hours during the day if leaving the car there all day), mod-cons and lovely artwork. The DIY breakfast buffet was a real bonus, thank you.
The room was lovely and quiet. We were within easy walking distance of the centre of Arras for meals etc.
Reasonable on property parking was an optional extra, easy to organise through the hotel. Very close to the Carriere Wellington (Arras Tunnels) which was the main purpose of our visit to Arras.
Very good accommodation on the outskirts of Arras but within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast. There is also a very good Patisserie next to the hotel for fresh pastries, baguettes and croissants.
Every thing at the Hotel exceeded our expectations for an overnight stay. The staff were very helpful and upgraded our room, the bar was perfect and the restaurant served the best food out of all the Hotels we had stayed in whilst travelling around France on our motorcycle.
Great location, easy walk into the historic centre. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking right next to the hotel and access directly into the hotel from the car park. Would definitely choose this hotel again.
Great space to cook and hang out as a family after busy days exploring the area. Nice decor, bedrooms and master bath/shower area. Free parking was about 10 minutes easy walk away and communication with host was clear.
Nice hotel in quiet location, but very short walk to the centre of Arras. Friendly staff and good parking area for a city centre. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again.
Very friendly reception on arrival. Easy to park in the Grand Place. The hotel is quirky and really well situated for visiting the lovely city of Arras. Breakfast was good and ample.
Basic comfortable place to stay overnight on way through France. Good breakfast. In centre of town so easy walk to bars, restaurants, etc.. also plenty of parking nearby.
Very good location. On a quiet street, close to the grand square and not to far from the station. It was like having your own apartment rather than a hotel.
