Nice appearance. Room barely fit bed. Bathroom needed a total makeover. Shower door broke, no cold water at sink and hot water spigot spun around if you didn't hold it. Room was terrible. Terrace area was nice, but pool was not maintained. Dining room and living room were nice but kitchen was a disaster. Staff was as helpful as possible and seemed resigned to the disrepair everywhere. Location on the end of block was nice and convenient. Could be a great accommodation with a lot of TLC.

Large rooms with a fridge and table and two chairs. Perfectly clean. Aircon and WiFi. Everything you need. Off road parking behind a gate. Easy to find. Turn for Phase IV from the A1, then clear signs from there. Great value, breakfast and a seating area outside.
