I stayed here with my 3 kids, the kids club looked great...
I stayed here with my 3 kids, the kids club looked great although we didn't use it. We stayed for 3 nights and that was enough for us to break the city routine of our everyday life. Krishna from the concierge organised a fun day out to Chamarelle where we saw the 7 sand earth, giant turtles and the magnificent waterfall. The area is quite simple but with a local character. If you are looking for an authentic experience you will like it. We mostly cooked ourselves in the apartment and had dinner twice in a nearby cafe/restaurant. The facilities were simple but the fish dishes exceeded our expectations. For the Family: My kids had an amazing time in the Activity centre with Kursley and Kingsley playing football ,volleyball and other sports. Bamboo fishing was also another activity which my kids enjoyed a lot. Staff were friendly and very professional. For the Adults: Great selection of restaurants & bars and activities. Bel Ombre is very beautiful, there are a lot of activities you can do there. It is also very close to Le Morne (20 minutes by car), where you can do hiking on the mountain, windsurfing, dolphin watching, or just enjoy the beautiful beach.

The staff were very helpful although rather slow but always happy to help. The rooms were nice but could definitely do with some updating. The family rooms were not on the ground floor which was very disappointing. We were hoping to be able to open the doors and let the kids play which we were not able to do. The food in the restaurants was lovely although a little limited. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and great for families. The kids club definitely could do with updating. Again staff were lovely but activities are very limited.

our stay at Heritage was excellent. I went there to spend time with my daughter and Grandchildren, who currently live in Switzerland we had the best family Quality Time. Aveli Restaurant is Great for Mauritian ambience Kids liked their time at Ti Mo Mo.

Separate bathroom with shower (loads of hot water) and washing machine. Small patio outside with table and chairs – we used for breakfasting. Off-road parking in drive of owner's house. Preeti, our host, was extremely friendly and welcoming, and she and her husband made great suggestions of things to see and do in Mauritius. All inclusive is really worthy you won't be hungry there - especially they have many tematical buffets every day and very good a'la carte restaurant. Nice entertainment program during the evening. Free kayaks, pedalo and other see activities. I strongly recommend Tamassa Bel Ombre. This is hotel you will really miss!
