It was a mixed business and leisure trip, so I tended to look for places to eat nearby. It's easy to find good food just anywhere. I wasn't able to visit the Peak or Ngong Ping 360 this time, but those are some of my favorites to go to when in HK. Getting around HK is a breeze, the MTR stations are well laid out and easy to figure out. I would avoid Taxis and prefer Uber instead, as the taxi drivers tend to drive pretty fast and you find yourself sliding left and right on the back seat. Also, the smell of the taxis isn't always pleasant.

Peak Tram, nightly light show (from Kowloon side), Star ferry, Lantau Island and the Big Budha, day trip to Macau, shop, shop, shopping and eat, eat, eating . . .
