Giulia, the host, is an angel on Earth. I did experience some unexpected health issues and had to stay in Sant'Anna for a week instead of a day. Little did I know that I was the best place for it - Giulia and Emilio gave me rides to and from doctors, helped translate and navigate the situation while abroad. They literally took care. of me and a very complicated situation with zero problem. The place has wonderful healing energy and a stellar view and sunset. Sometimes Nic is around, who is an amazing chef and will create magical food out of nowhere. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this place and people. No money in the World could justify the care and support I received. Please stay with them, they are truly the best!!!

The property was easy to find and the gate opened upon our arrival. Parking was onsite and secure. Adriano greeted us immediately upon arriving. He showed us to the apartment upstairs, with external access. The property grounds and garden are lovely and as the other guests have said, creates a fantastic urban oasis of calm and beauty. The apartment was well appointed, with everything one would need in the kitchen, which so many property owners neglect. It means so much to come to an apartment or location where you don't need to bring anything, just yourself for a breakfast and coffee. Easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 minutes to Malpensa. We will look forward to staying here again upon our next visit, our stay was really perfect. Grazie Adriano et Paola!!!

We had a wonderful lunch at Bar Enoteca. The owners could not have been nicer, and although they spoke little English, we communicated well. The wife made us wonderful sandwiches and her husband pulled out a map of Italy and was telling us about local wines. They were delightful! We had great gelato afterward right across the street but can't.

I'm sure it is a nice place for someone that likes peace, nature, woods, etc, as this place was in the middle of nowhere in from of a dam.
Unfortunately, I needed convenience, and expeditions service as I only need to relax for the night before heading to the airport at 5:00 AM.
Because you are in the woods, there are no restaurants or anything else, and you can only reach this location by car.

It is a small town next to the Malpensa Airport (the main Milan airport).
This place is suitable for flights connections, not really a touristic place to visit unless you are crossing the alps (Switzerland) and you need to stop one night to take a break.

My stay in Somma Lombardo was only overnight as I was flying back to Australia the next day from Malpensa. The village is in an quaint, upscale area with plenty of greenery & some nice restaurants.

This was a beautiful last night in Italy.
This was a beautiful last night in Italy. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived and the very accommodating reception staff offered us beverages and gelato while we waited for a brief time. Staff was exceptionally friendly and was graciously patient with our basic Italian. The location was quiet, relaxing, and authentic (not the least bit touristy). Dinner was the best meal we had in Italy; mozzarella made on the premises from their own cow's milk, vegetables from their garden, steak from cows they had raised. Contrary to other reviews I have read, the prices were unbelievably fair for the quality of the food presented and compared with prices in the city. The accommodations were simple but comfortable. The free shuttle to Malpensa was prompt and efficient. It took less than fifteen minutes to get there.
It was our first night in Italy and Angela, the owner, arranged our shuttle from the airport. After we settled in, we went to her restaurant for dinner, and it was delicious. The apartment was clean and modern. There was coffee and a simple breakfast in the kitchen for us the next morning. She also took us to the train station the next morning and helped us navigate our first train ride. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I only wished we had stayed longer!
We were quite stressed in trying to find the property. I think, more detailed instructions such as past the holiday inn on your left, keep going past the train tracks. You will see the back of the hotel - which is one large white bldg , first
we felt completely lost with all of our luggage wandering about however, once we found it, David was awesome and the rooms were comfortable and the family atmosphere was great and the restaurant down the street Sarakanda is amazing.
We loved the location as it was close to Malpensa without having to stay at the airport. We enjoyed checking out a local restaurant in Somma Lombardo for dinner and a cafe for breakfast the following morning. Everything was clean and well-designed in the actual space. The two separate bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were perfect for us as two couples travelling together. (We were comfortable sharing the kitchen and laundry facilities.) Would love to go back someday!
The hotel owners are incredibly nice. They adapted to our travel circumstances and made everything easy for us.
The night we spent at the hotel there was a brutal storm that caused several trees to fall and several roads to be blocked. We had to catch the plane at dawn and they accompanied us to show us the way.
Just perfect!
The location to the airport was nice and close Friendly stuff and clean and comfortable room Good service The only thing upset me that the shuttle to the airport was too expensive The hotel site posted up to 10$ I had to take it both ways and it was 40€ Kind of pricey, considering that the cost of the night was 70€
The room is located in a convenient place in Milan Malpensa airport if you need take an early flight or if you come at late hours . There's a free shuttle bus which takes you directly from/to the terminal basically almost to/from the hotel itself. The hosts are nice and responsive to requests we had.
I am so glad we stayed here for our first night in Italy. We enjoyed a walk to the river, a cute little restaurant and some wine. The view was amazing. Our hostess made recommendations, served a delicious breakfast and got us a taxi to the train station. It was just perfect!
We arrived in the middle of the night for one night only and the owner was very kind and welcoming. The apartment is in two floors, very spacious, cozily equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is more on the sweet side but this is typical in Italy. Great value for money!
Excellent location right at the beautiful river in a historic building. There is a small bistro for snacks, aperitivo and breakfast in the hotel and a restaurant at the river in walking distance. Only 15 minutes to Malpensa airport or next train station.
Staff were good and room very decent size. Shower water pressure was excellent. Breakfast and meals were excellent even when hotel was very busy.
Would stay there again as it is very handy to my suppliers location.
My parents stayed on their way out and they were amazed at how great it was! I had booked them a "cheap airport hotel" and they got a full service BnB experience. Personal, helpful, wonderful!
In a very quiet place you will find this hotel, perfect I you have a plane at the airport for the day after.
The restaurant is nice, good food, country music and a lot a kids playing around.
Perfect place to oversleep before early morning flight or after late landing. Pleasant little garden. Somma Lombardo is a nice sleepy town worth seeing after/before visit of lively Milan.
Great owner and staff, great breakfast, very clean and nice quiet wooded location in Somma Lombardo with parking. Bikes were available, though we didn't get a chance to use them.
The house is so beautiful and clean, with many unique pieces. It is comfortable and very cozy. Our host was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was the best we had in Italy.
The hotel was in the very beautiful nature. The room was big and enough for 4 people. The Malpensa airport is very close and it was my reason for choosing this hotel.
