The view is perfect u can say everything was perfect the owners are so lovely and nice we were supposed to spend only 2 nights there but because they were so nice to us we ended up spending 3 nights on comfort beds .we wish we could visit the place again

Ramsgate is great if you are looking for a beach holiday.
Ramsgate is great if you are looking for a beach holiday. A lot of the town caters to that and of course the waffle house. Most of the restaurants and other things to do are close by but outside of Ramsgate. Flavours restaurant is a beacon among the otherwise usual eateries so definitely worth a visit.

Ramsgate has always been one of our favourite areas on the South Coast. Obviously with the Covid19 situation Ramsgate, like every where else, could not offer all that it did before but still a lovely place to visit and relax.

Our family of 8 had an awesome get-together at this beautiful home. It was a home away from home. The caretaker and his wife were very helpful and waited for us to hand over the keys to us. It was a quite and peaceful place without the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything was near enough if you needed it. A spacious and neat family home with a beautiful view of the beach. Thanks for bringing Durban and Gauteng together.

The Ramsgate Marine Ramble is easy to access from Wailana Lodge, providing a gentle level path along the back of the beach - you can go as far as Southbroom, and there's a good coffee shop overlooking the ocean midway. Also a number of interesting restaurants within easy walking distance of Wailana Ladge.
