Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Very rarely do you come across such accommodating, service oriented, friendly staff in hotels. The chef is also amazing, we had breakfasts, lunches and dinners all of equal great standard and presentation!

Our stay was fabulous. We were very grateful to have been allocated the honeymoon suite with the jacuzzi. Thank you so much to the staff for that. All staff, irrespective of their level, were exceptional, efficient and very friendly. They were attentive to all guests' needs and comfort. Our room was very clean and spacious with ample cupboard space. The area is peaceful and quiet and was perfect for some much-needed rest and relaxation. The establishment must be commended on their range of delicious vegetarian options available for breakfast and dinner which supersedes what other similar establishments offer. We were grateful that our religious beliefs were considered and that we were catered for. Thank you very much to all the staff and Mascot Amber for acceding to our requests and for ensuring that we had a fabulous, memorable stay.

Beautiful location and setup. Whilst the road to the lodge is damaged,it is drivable and filled with sand which makes it better. Check-in was a pleasure.The accommodation is pristine and was pleasantly surprised the splash pool was heated. The WiFi speed is good enough. Backup power kicks in during certain slots so plan accordingly. The beauty spa was very good. The quad biking was good, although for a 1hr tour,it gets repetitive. The beach area is amazing.
The Bunker is set in Champagne Valley and offers barbecue facilities and a terrace. This holiday home has a garden and free private parking.

Super convenient location and incredibly private. Wonderful views of the mountains. Unit is exceptionally spacious and excellent value for the money. We are already recommending The Bunker to our friends for any trips they may be considering to Drakensberg. Jo is very thoughtful and communication was excellent in all respects.
