Trevelin is a small country town, with its own character, in a beautiful setting of mountains and grasslands. The town itself has little to offer, other than a delicious welsh tea with cakes and scones, good beer. I would have like to stay a little longer than 1 night (2 days), probably 2 to visit the National Park for longer.

With all the wood construction and beautiful views out the large windows, the photos don’t do this place justice. Frederico, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Cris and Ruben were the best hosts and made our time in Trevelin unforgettable. They guided us on the best places to stop on our way up to Bariloche. We spent our evening talking about music and our different travels together. We hope to come back soon!
