Beautiful city exceeding my expectations as this was my first trip. Roads are wide and clean, landscaping along the roads is good. I can see also beautiful parks and ample choice of restaurants. I met a couple of local guests and their hospitality was amazing although I don't know them very well. Must visit place.

Very nice rooms and bathroom. Staff very helpful. one of the best hotels in Saudi Arabia and definitely best in Hail. The pool is very good, kids loved it. Breakfast is also good. We forgot our suitcase and we live 10 hours drive away. They helped arrange getting the suitcase to use. Amazing staff. When in Hail, this is the only hotel we will stay in
