We get the whole house and the beds and pillows were good. The kitchen is functional with electric stove as well as a gas-fired BBQer. You should cook your own meal there because the restaurant is quite far away.
There were other house on the land but the distance was quite far away. Therefore, you get your privacy but it does not feel like you are in a cabin of horor movie. It has a vibe of up country that you should try when visiting 12 Appostles.
The goats were cute. They love bread and some fruites we cannot finish of before taking a plane.

The view and the cattle in the field outside my bedroom window. Lovely staff, very friendly.
Near beautiful parkland. Had to watch out for native wildlife. A koala came to side of the road but I was able to go around. Simpson has a well known speedway (though well out of town) which is also very popular so pick your times carefully to ensure accommodation available.
