Quietness of location; nearness to a supermarket, post office and cafes with major towns (Ulladulla and Batemans Bay) close. The 7 apartments are not new but are extremely well maintained, clean and right on the lake's edge. The owner/manager lives on site and is as attentive as anyone could wish.

The views and location were great.

The views and location were great. The units are dated in certain areas & the outdoors needs lots of work. The gardens & pots are a mess. Chairs on the deck are old & dirty & the deck needs fixing & restaining. The bbqs are old & over their used by date. Need replacing. The towels were like sandpaper & a mish mash of colour & design. Very clean room but not up to scratch with current times for the price.

The place was quiet and relaxing.

The place was quiet and relaxing. I was there for a personal matter so it was not a holiday. I did feel I could relax after my stressful day safe in the knowledge that I would not wake up to jack hammers and people screaming and dogs barking etc. I'm going back!

Friendly staff and residents at the park most of the age that could be grey nomads very helpful and happy-go-lucky. There is a musician there of afternoon during what is called happy hour. Plenty of BBQ and fish cleaning facilities Walking distance to most food and delicacies you may need.

    The location was great.

The location was great. Even though it rained and the tides were so high we couldn`t swim, we still managed to enjoy Milton and Ulladulla coffee shops and walk to Dolphin Point. The Fish and Chip shop in Burrill Lake was fantastic.
