We had a very relaxing time at the Lakehouse despite the wet weather. It is an older style but very functional house directly on the lake shore and with pleasant panoramic lake views. The area was really nice, very quiet & local shopping center...
The area was really nice, very quiet & local shopping center was just down the road. Probably the only real downside is if you want to go out and explore any other areas, it is about a 10-15 min drive back to the main road.

You can open the room and fresh air if you choose via the double sliding doors or use the AC. It was winter when we were there and the AC made it very cosy. There are coffee shops and the hotel within 2 min walking distance as well as a bakery for any food or drink needs. The little table and chairs in our room it very easy to have breakfast before we left for the day. quiet location
