Good value for money. Room was clean and there was coffee Foc throughout the day. Surprised that an inn would provide a much appreciated night wear. Another surprise was the complimentary breakfast which was more than sufficient - juice, hot pot rice and croissant with scramble eggs and bacon. my booking.com confirmation did not specify which of two hotels I was booked for. we arrived at West and they gave us a room. while at dinner, the hotel staff informed us we were booked at East. they were very nice and allowed us to stay.
the location is breathtaking. the Onsen was lovely. the restaurant was a surprise - it was an amazing buffet. truly a wonderful experience.
