Depending where you stay it can be a hard walk either to or from the beach up a steep hill. Beautiful beach well worth the walk . Good supermarket and bakery. A few lovely taverna/ restaurants. Water taxi useful for evening transfers to skiathos town, bus can be full at stops 10 & 9.

The hosts were extremely helpful. Air con was not working so we were upgraded. Would love to stay again. Everything superb! One restaurant on the beach had closed but hopefully reopen when we return. Boat across to Skiathos town such a lovely experience. My sister’s first experience of skiathos and she fell in love with it!

Skiathos island is beautiful.
Skiathos island is beautiful. We were there for 4 days, need 7 minimum to enjoy the beaches. Koukounaries beach was ideal for our family of 7. 5 kids between the ages of 4-15 enjoyed the beach. The water is no higher than your hips, after a distance, it goes in deep. There are also water sports on the beach, ideal for those who want adventure too. Would definitely love to return to Skiathos.

We had an amazing week on the island and it is greatly due to this wonderful place. Special thanks to Yanis and Dimitri - your kindness made our stay very special and made us feel home! Great view from the hotel, nice pools, great pool bar and restaurant. The food (and coffee) served is one of the best we had on the island. And it is very well located/connected with a direct access to a nice beach, a taxi boat to drive you to the port of Skiathos and buses (bus stop 9) to bring you to all beaches of the island.

Breakfast was included in the price which was great. The staff were exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable and cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. There was a Blue Flag beach a two minute walk from our room with a boat taxi into town, which is well worth doing as it's only 50 cents more than than the bus! We couldn't recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely return soon!

Location was amazing! I also liked that the owner was around and always had a very nice mood and attitude :). The beach is very close, you can walk down a quite steep route and you’re there. There are two markets nearby where you can buy goods and breakfast. The bus stop number 9 is around 1 minute from the hotel. Overall really good stay!! The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing :)

The apartment was spacious. The terrace areas had stunning views The location - less than five minutes from Achladies beach was amazing. Kim was very welcoming and helpful before and during our stay. She welcomed us with some water and wine. She helped us so much on our last day as we had a late flight and she was so accommodating and helpful.

The hotel's proximity to frequent public transport was a significant advantage. It made it effortless for me to explore the city and visit all the attractions I had on my list. Great place to stay. The single room I stayed in was really spacious and comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel is right by a bus stop with regular buses to the main town and beaches. There’s also a nice beach a 5 minute walk away, and a few shops and cafes. The air con worked well and it was useful to have a fridge in the room.

We found our happy place.. everything was amazing. The owner took care of us. Words can't describe our experience. I highly recommend this place. Spacious room with nice decor. Great views from the balcony and the kitchen window. The hotel is very close (ca. 50 m) to the bus stop and Achladies beach (200 m). Lovely pool area with a bar with fantastic views. Owners/staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was as described and shown in the photos. Comfortable clean and very friendly owners. There was nothing bad in our experience staying in this hotel and our room i would recommend it for sure for families as far as it had a good equipped kitchen.

I like that Teo is very nice and pick up us very puntual in the port for leave us to the hotel and his transport our luggage the last day and pick up us in the city centre and left us in the airport.
