- Very accommodating for early checkout since allot of the flights depart very early, as I had a shuttle pickup at 3AM, they offer you tea/coffee and a croissant or if you want to pay then there is the full breakfast offer.

A quaint pub was on the property and although they did not have a kitchen to provide dinner there were local options nearby and, they did offer and traditional Icelandic breakfast in the morning as well as offer a delicious lamb soup that we had for lunch while staying there. As it is on the outskirts of the Reykjavik time is saved by not having to bother with city traffic on leaving to excursions and coming back. It's also convenient that fast food and two supermarkets are next to hotel. We were able to arrange late night check-in and baby cot with short phone call to hotel couple of hours beforehand.

Our room looked out onto snow covered mountains; It was absolutely beautiful! The room was large and comfortable. Everyone was so nice. Onsite parking. This hotel has a window on the ceiling that allows you to see the outside, and on the first day I arrived in Iceland, I witnessed the Aurora and took a video. I highly recommend it.
