The staff were friendly and the check in efficient. The rooms were super luxurious and the ensuite bathrooms lovely. The showers worked well and the water was warm. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the food was delicious and the staff made every effort to explain things to us. The next morning the staff came in super early so that we could have breakfast before we left for an early plane/train.
