Excelente localización, personal amable, limpieza.
Rincon is a lovely tourist town. So many restaurants, and stores- there is something for everyone. A variety of beaches to choose from and beautiful sunsets at the Lighthouse. It is a surfer's paradise!

Avoid booking casa buena vista through booking.com. Booking.com chat is riddled with fraud and scams.
Deceptive booking.com description. This is not a 2br condo. These are 2 separate units on 2 separate floors. A studio and a 1 bed room. Do not book thinking this is a single 2 bedroom unit.
Poor communication between booking.com, rental management, and host. Booking did not provide check in instructions. Had to email host for instructions. Check in instructions are confusing as there are multiple units to check in to not just one. Lock boxes have address numbers on them but the numbers are not provided. Host provided phone number to call with issues for a 3am check in but did not answer phone. A very frustrating booking and check in experience that is easily avoided with accurate property description paired with accurate check in instructions.

Like the beach, the pool, the lobby and the staff.
Like the beach, the pool, the lobby and the staff. Didn't like the room looks faded and there was a lot of rust, room maintenance, bar closed too early, no coffee or water at the lobby no business station

Best place to visit however due to many expats moving in the prices for everything are skyrocketing because well people love to spend here. Once you go you’ll continue to return the many shops and the owners are very welcoming and do treat everyone like family no matter where you go. Favorite spot for me is the Lighthouseaks El Farro, the Balneario Hut and Beach, especially Karaoke Nights, as well as, Rincon Bakery for the huge and tasty breakfast sandwiches to name a few. The area is easy to get to know major businesses are either on Route 115 or 413 so getting lost isn’t really a concern. I would avoid driving into or out of town on Thursday afternoon or evenings due to art night in the plaza many people come in and all school areas out or during school breaks out hours which is anywhere in PR at around 2-230pm..

Rincon is a wonderful place for vacation.
Rincon is a wonderful place for vacation. Beautiful weather and sandy beaches with warm turquoise water is what drew us to stay. There are so many beaches to choose from, however my favorite beach was Playa Maria. The locals are very friendly and the vibe is very chill. We also ventured into the town center a few nights and enjoyed the festival (Thursday nights), which included local artwork, crafts, cultural music and more.
We were charmed by this lovely and unique boutique hotel. It felt cozy and clean, and the shower head was amazing. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area. The staff we talked to were very kind and responsive, and Tanya's restaurant recommendation was spot-on (we loved our dinner at Vatos Locos in downtown Rincon). We couldn't get the TV to work, but we didn't have much time for it anyways. If we are fortunate enough to return to this awesome surfing town, we'll be looking to book another stay at the Lazy Parrot Inn.
We had a room away from the beach, but as the property is literally right on the ocean there's a big patio where everyone can watch the waves or walk the sand (and often did). Swimming there isn't the best because of the coral just off shore, but the location is great - in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to town and grocery stores. The staff were amazingly friendly. It's not a big fancy hotel, so as long as you're expecting a homey little place, you'll be delighted.
The ocean front view was amazing and had picture perfect views of the sunset. The beach was clean and if you swam out a little ways you could snorkel a bit and see some fishes. The room was comfy with ac. Had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot for use if you wanted. Close restaurants and grocery store. Rincón snorkel and dive shop was just down the street. Staff were so helpful and nice, especially Angel who always checked in. I would definitely stay again.
Apartment was very spacious and clean. While unpacking we noticed water on the floor in one area. Contacted Damarys and within a very short period of time, a handyman was sent to check out the problem. Apparently, the hot water appliance was leaking. Very happy to say the situation was corrected within an hour or two. Excellent service. Would recommend this apartment located just minutes from downtown Rincon.
The host gave us the instruction in detail and we easily got into the property with door code as instructed. The apartment is very comfortable and the scenic, exactly as the name, sunset paradise. We do enjoy the scene very much. Parking is in front of the building. There are two supermaket nearby and a lot of resteraunts options. It is a great location and easy drive to north and south around Rincon.
The home was amazing. It was clean, spacious, modern and very accommodating. They had beach chairs, a gas grill, and infinity pool. We highly recommend this home when visiting Rincon or PR in general. Super quick drive to the main areas of Rincon. Convenience stores, grocery stores, bars just a 5 mins drive away and Los Almendras Beach is within walking distance.
This was our second time at the Lazy Parrot and we loved it: Huge room, super comfortable bed, big balcony, friendly staff, a nice pool and free coffee! The community areas are really pretty as well and the garden is beautiful. You definitely need a car to get there, but that is true for all of Rincon. But the hotel had free parking, so that was super helpful!
Clean and private! Had the beach to ourselves every day. Property management was amazing and so helpful! The cute town of Rincon had multiple amazing coffee shops and delicious food! I wish we’d stayed here our whole trip! Made the next “resort” look like a days inn. Definitely worth it!
As always, Rincon Beach Resort meets our expectations. Excellent place to pass a relaxing time with your loved one or enjoy a family trip with your children. Pool is great, food is amazing, staff is friendly. Overall, if you want a quiet, nice time, this is the place.
Love love love your property manager!! She took me to the hospital when I accidentally fell in the sand dunes and needed stiches. Thank you girl...your hospitality was absolutely paramount in making Rincon forever in my heart 💙. Thank you!!!
Excellent location within the bustling plaza area of Rincon. Crazy beautiful beach a block or so away from the hotel. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious with a big balcony also.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. It's a small property, right on the beach, which created the opportunity for peaceful sunrises and sunsets right on the beach. The hotel was in walking distance to good restaurants and activities.
We really enjoyed staying at Rincon of the Seas. . The beach, pool, nature, and restaurants at Rincón are amazing. Also the downtown has like festival and a lot of restaurants.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was clean and spacious. It sounds like you're in the middle of a jungle at night because of all the nocturnal wildlife!
We had a great stay in Rincón with our 2 kids. They felt comfortable in their own room with 2 twin beds, and the primary suite was great for my husband and me.
Great location, right in the middle of everything. We used the hotel as a base and moved around the Western coast.
Staff were also very friendly and helpful!
