Bathroom needed upgrading. We had no micro. Couldn't use the pool. No breakfast. Nobody at the front desk. Had to call them on the phone. Had to bring us a different coffee pot....the one in our room was broke. Will not stay their again.
Great prices! The staff was great! Very attentive to cleaning, and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and kindly. Breakfast was a good selection. There was a doggy station with doggy poop bags and a trash bin making it easier for our dog's stay (in case you are too tired and forget a poop bag inside). Pick up your dogs poop people (one of my pet peeves)! The field in the back of the hotel was a very nice area for my dog to get a decent walk. We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is a good value and there was nothing particularly wrong. However, it does seem a bit dated compared to other hotels that I stayed at on this particular trip (Independence Stay and Cobblestone.). It feels a bit like Country Inn & Suites did prior to their makeover (which was done very well.). Hampton Inn needs to do the same.
Very quiet rooms. Never heard another guest. Pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good and hotel was very clean. All the staff were excellent. Room was over priced as there was limited availability due to events in the area. The bar wasnt open due to a shortage of help which was unacceptible on a week end..
It was a generic hotel breakfast. Nothing I could eat or choose to eat. I am gluten free and dairy free. I also appreciate healthy and organic food. The water wasn't even hot enough for tea. But I didn't expect anything better. I think hotel breakfasts are in general are pretty bad. This one was no exception.
Comfort Inn's location was perfect for us. We rode our bikes both days we stayed there. We rode them to the closest bikes trails and we had a blast. We rode three bike trails in Plover's location: Tomorrow River trail, Hoover trail and Green Circle trail. The weather was assume and our trip there was super.
Breakfast was great and many options. Coffee was the weakest and worst I think I have ever had in a motel. Including that provided in packets in the rooms. Staff friendly, helpful. Very clean rooms and dining area.
It was nice to have more than just coffee to drink in the common area. The hotel itself seemed clean, staff was always wiping things down when we saw them.
