My wife and I were there for our 28th anniversary. The unit was one of the best stocked B&Bs we have used. Very clean and had all the amenities listed. We had a wonderful time and we would happily stay here again

The bottom of the lake on the beach is very swampy and silty and it is unpleasant to touch it. The water in the lake on some beaches of an unpleasant brown color. The life guards in the pools do not fulfill their duty of keeping order.

Lakes were beautiful but we rented based on price of house, after renting, the price went up $400 due to fee assessment by Arrowhead . We did not know that in advance and felt more than “nickel and dimes” won’t rent again from a management company. Just wanted a house to enjoy while we enjoyed the Pocono area, didn’t use one activity there! Took day trips so all the extra $ was wasted for us. We have used many B&B and Air B&B before, won’t use this kind again. The house fees were fair, but not the restKendrick - 8.0Scored 8.0

The only thing that ruined our trip and made us leave early was the Sullivan INN we couldn’t sleep there it was filthy and al other hotel were booked so at 12:20 at night I had to drive me and my 2 babies home.
