The facility exceeded our expectations. The beds were so comfy and the blankets and sheets for so much better than your typical hotel. So so soft! Melissa at the front desk was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 10&11 year old baseball players there and she was fantastic with all of us and our boys. Would highly recommend!

The front desk staff person was very nice and helpful when we checked in. Room was good sized. We weren't impressed with this one. Wasn't as clean as it should/could be. Hallways were stuffy and smelled weird. Pool wasn't operational, neither was printer at the business center. Housekeeping staff tried to get in our room to clean it 10 minutes before checkout and reminded us that checkout was at 11 even tho she could clearly see that we were gathering our things to leave. Didn't partake of breakfast so can't say about the quality or anything of that. Room cost more than price originally quoted, but lesson learned. Will stay at place we normally stay at when in the area visiting family nearby.CharlesUnited States of America

The hotel staff I interacted with were all very nice and helpful. Room had automatic roll down curtains, which took a minute for me to figure out there was a control panel for them next to the thermostat. They were very nice as the thicker one was essentially a blackout curtain. A/C ran quiet enough, and kept the room cool. Internet was fast enough to stream video with no issues.
