Staff was rude and unprofessional especially when yelling at other customers in front of other guests. Even got threatened by the manager that she was gonna call the police in 20 minutes if we didn't vacate the room. All because the booking site wasn't showing up on her end. Now I GOT 3 FREAKING BOOKING CANCELLATIONS WITH OVER $60.00 FEE EACH ONE WHEN THIS ALL COULD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. I FELT AS IF I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND AS IF SHE WAS PASSING JUDGMENT UPON ME AND MY GUESTS. I even had to unclog my own toilet in my room.

Booking.com stated $109, ended up paying $150 when asked they said there are different locations. I would not of booked the location without a price.
But the rooms were great an I loved my stay. I held on one CC and checked out with another the money on the CC that was holding the room was authorized than said it wouldn't go back for 7 days.

We went to the Holocausts Energy Museum with our son and spent two hours there! I could have spent longer but we had other things to do. I can't wait to go back.
There were two main casinos there which we visited both. I couldn't decide which I liked best. We had lots of fun.
There is a lot of traffic and with the river running through the heart of it, it can be difficult at times. Seems like it shouldn't take 30 minutes to go 8-10 miles. Oh well.

Management discounted my stay due to an inoperable deadbolt on the room door and lack of safety concern from night shift desk employees. The front desk made the comment that there was no way for anyone to gain access to our room. Some time between 10:00-10:30, an attempt was made to enter the room that my grandsons and I were occupying. I called the front desk, with no real results. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again.

Our stay was good… Local Restaurants and a few Nationwide Chain facilities and fast food places which we ate breakfast at Denny’s.. Very easy access to main highways. A local Casino was nice to visit with very good Gaming Tables and slot machines. Their dining facilities were good as well.. Road construction north of the motel, but easy to navigate..

Bernalillo is fine. MOTEL 6 IS NOT. do not choose motel 6.
Bernalillo is fine. MOTEL 6 IS NOT. do not choose motel 6. Bad area. Not safe. Hotel should be condemned. No screens on windows, smoke detectors not working. Door locks, a/c, key cards don’t work. When I expressed concern, a kind desk clerk told me I should leave and go somewhere safe. I stayed 2 nights and left.
The unit was clean and staff was great.
Many hotels in Albuquerque jacked up price due to Pow Wow convention. The cost here was fine vs. other s.
Albuquerque is our stopping point between Arizona and Denver. We will be back.
I canceled the stay. The front desk agent was very exceptional in letting me know the hotel was probably not going to be a good fit for me, and canceled the reservation and showed me she canceled my prepayment.
They lived up to the usual high quality for Holiday Inn Express. Nice rooms. Really good breakfast. Located near the main part of town. While I did not use them, there was a nice pool and an exercise room.
Good room, nice breakfast.
Friendly staff at the reception. Wished every hotel had an Irene working at the reception.
They opened breakfast already at 04.00 AM because of the balloon festival. Super.
I like the location of the hotel very convenient very clean stuff was friendly nothing to complain about rooms are nice and crisp and clean very happy about that
