I got very sick prior to arrival and they allowed me to check into my room a little early. This was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the 12pm checkout because most places make you leave at 11am.

The room was huge. Our room had windows that looked out onto the city. There were remotes to open and close the drapes. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower and nice amenities. Coffee maker in the room too with bottles of water

The staff was great. Helpful and friendly. Victoria was very accommodating and kind. Rooms were clean and the pool and grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was pretty good.
