We needed to make several trips to the area for medical care...
We needed to make several trips to the area for medical care over the last 6 months. Of the different hotels we had to use during this time the Hampton was the best of the lot. The staff was professional but friendly, rooms were clean (which was NOT the case in some of the other hotels), the breakfast area was clean & the food hot, as was the coffee. It also appeared as if management spent time, effort, & money on upkeep (the carpet in the hallway was clean, the chairs & tables in the lounge area had been dusted, and the parking lot well lit). I loved everything in the surrounding area. The hotel we stayed at “Best Western Greenfield Inn” was fantastic and was super cool. We loved the e commute to Ford Field being easy. I like the breakfast in the mornings. I don’t know who came up with these ugly blue vinyl headboards and the poor lighting. To me I feel it was a rush job on putting the hotel together it is not the usual standards of the Hampton Inn.AAnonymous - 6.0Scored 6.0
Adequate but disappointing.
Adequate but disappointing. No hot tub, room facilities are poorly designed (shower stall is nice but doesn't keep the spray inside, making the smooth tile floor a slip hazard, sink faucet is the worst ever). Small things like the coffee cups and plastic-ware are the cheapest possible! Logging onto internet would not work using sign in info and there is no one available to help. Fortunately the night clerk signed me in with her credentials. Staff is great and the breakfast is really good!

I grew up five blocks from your location and almost every day passed you. You became a staple of my home-life and a constant reminder of home, of Allen Park. It was great to be home again and to enjoy your facilities. My stay was very comfortable, bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the location ideal. The staff was fabulous and so accommodating. I plan on staying here every time I am in this area again.
