The hotel had no lobby and tiny reception area was over busy as some guests were waiting due to double bookings. The whole hotel was totally out of date and some area appeared unclean - stairs etc. Room was dark and cold - heating not working. The bed was comfortable and shower was in good working order. The breakfast was terrible, super basic, it had just been thrown together with plastic plates and cutlery. During our check out the reception staff were apologetic and seemed overwhelmed.

An hour before 3pm we called the hotel to see if it’s possible to check in earlier, the guy that answered the phone informed us our booking has been canceled!! No explanation, just gone, in spite of our confirmation # and payment. Meanwhile I was frantically looking up hotel availabilities in the area and discovered shockingly that many of the chain hotels cost from $299-$500/ night, some even more! We were later told Tayler Swift concerts were to blame! Supposedly hotels in the area were booked up because of her concerts and some would cancel existing bookings to resell at much higher price!! If true, such practice should be exposed and reported. I hope we get our money back.

I did not like a single thing about this dirty and disgusting establishment. I still have not received my $100 deposit back. The room had mold corner of the Ching over one bed the bathroom had blood on the wall the tub had black mol around it the patio around the pool has half torn apart the pool was about 80 degrees on a 92 degree day the staff was rude the breakfast was disgusting. There were drug dealers everywhere and it is located in McDonalds parking lot. The carpets are ALL STAINED and the elevator was broken.

    Convevience and cost met expetations.

Convevience and cost met expetations. The owner of manager tried to be very helpful. My concern was related to an experience registering on line and feeling I was .. not understood when trying to get information about the messages I received from the hotel that turned out not too have originated with the hotel. The manager seemed to feel it was a misunderstanding on my part. That placed a rather negative opinion of my having been heard of understood.

If you can find a nice hotel, it is a great jumping off point for Boston attractions, Lexington, Concord, or going North to NH and Maine. Great highways at a close distance. The people are super nice and the drivers are very courteous. Good choice of restaurants and the town itself is absolutely lovely.

Warmest Pool I have ever went into in a hotel! wow! Front desk very very helpful. There was no breakfast. McDonalds behind the hotel. A strip mall next to the mall. My fav. TJ max and Stop &shop and many more. On to the right of the hotel is Dunkin Donuts and a chipotle and Indian restaurant to the left. One can never go hungry. The Beds and pillows are ultimate-cherry on the cake - for a good night sleep. Starbucks coffee pouches to start the morning.

I can honestly say that the only upside was that there was parking right in front of our room and the air conditioner worked really well. To be fair we knew it was going to be bad considering the 2 stars.. just not THAT bad. We went out and bought a mattress foam topper and blanket to help our achy backs the morning after our first night stay.

Great location minutes from the fabulous 3rd Ave in Burlington. Well equipped good sized room with comfortable bed and good linens. Very nice front desk staff. A positive for me was how quiet the room was.

The best part of the hotel was that it included a gym even though it was a little small but the pool looked very nice. The hotel also included a very nice looking tennis court with a lot of space.

Bedford is a quaint town and the hotel was in a good location. It was close to the highways and in walking distance to the center of Bedford with shops, restaurants and a library.

The location was good. But for the $100 per night price, I should have paid the extra $20 and stay at a Holiday Inn or Extended Stay. huge mistake.
