We went to Minnetrista and saw the Bob Ross Experience.

We went to Minnetrista and saw the Bob Ross Experience. It was a great time. We also went to a few different nature parks in the area and those were all very nice. I would go to Muncie again, absolutely, but I would never stay in the Days Inn by Wyndham Muncie - Ball State University hotel again, not even if I was paid to.

Big city. But it looks run down. The roads are horrible!

Big city. But it looks run down. The roads are horrible! Nice people though. The town definitely needs to work on the roads! Mad Axe Throwing was freaking awesome! Had a blast. The thrift store has so many things comic books tattoo stuff hot wheels store supplies office supplies etc Texas Roadhouse was okay our food was cold when we got it my wife had a bone in her salad and it chipped her tooth. God bless her heart.

    Muncie is fine.

Muncie is fine. The weather turned horrible but it is February so that was expected. There's not much to see but plenty of shopping centers, restaurants. I lived there at one time and its fine except for their road conditions...lots of pot holes. I eat at a little place called Sunshine Cafe and it was very good. We had to travel for a family member having surgery. All in all the trip was good.

The room we stayed in was run down.the bed skirt was torn and the 1 bed had a stain on the sheets. Also our lamp shade by the dresser had weird stains on it as well as the bottom dresser. Needs up grades.we usually always stay here since its close to our sons campus but unfortunately we won't be back.

    Worse than horrible!

Worse than horrible! HOuses were boarded up, The area rundown all around town. It was scarey to go out at night! The only good food we had was at Bob Evans and Pizza King! That was it!! It was my hometown and I was ashamed! Never will return or let my family. Sorry to say Ball State University, where my husband graduated from will not be referred to any of our grandchildren or family.

First of all, the pool was down.

First of all, the pool was down. I was told it would NOT be up and running for my 2 day stay. No refund, no compensation,no nothing. The first room they took us to to was NASTY. Dirty furniture and carpets (wrong room only one bed) 2nd room was not better. No one cared. My daughter was VERY upset. We left. We were there a total of ten minutes. I was told the manager would call me. NO CALL AND we got charged for BOTH nights and we didn’t stay. They said by booking my room on line my rooms were non refundable...but when I submitted my request for compensation through booking.com they said it was up to Holiday Inn to decide whether or not I got my money back. Crappy all the way around. Pick another hotel in Muncie, there are PLENTY. Never again will we stay here! Also they called me 2 hours later to tell me the pool was up and running???? Um HOW??? State board of health needs to know about how miraculously the pool water became clean!!!

When I got there to check in for my room they told me that the room that I ordered was no longer available due to a maintenance issue they did not have another room for me they never called me they sent me over to the next hotel tell him that it will be cheaper and they didn't even remember talking to the guy and it was almost double the price. I was also told that I could use the pool facilities As a part of accommodating the mistake sake no one answered the phone for us no 1 took our clothes call this back we received nothing

Just horrible- there’s was nothing to like except the location. It’s dirty as can be in the lobby and dirt in the hallways on the way to the room. It even got worse when we walked in the door the room looked like somebody got murdered in there with broken lamps, pillows dishovelled and so dirty. At least the front desk person gave us a refund as we spent the night at a very nice hotel in Andersonville since all the other hotels were filled due to the triathalon!

The room was clean, stocked with towels for bathing, bed made and clean, tv was working well, no dust. Location of not only room, but the hotel was conveniently located for different restaurants, drug stores, walmart, etc. The most disappointing drawback, frustration was the expectation proposed by your advertising, signage, etc. was the pool situation. My husband and I booked the room because we would be able to use the pool.

Hotel was conveniently located near anything you would want. It was clean and comfy. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. When checking in our first room the heat was not working, they did not hesitate and moved us immediately, apologizing like crazy.

The beds were comfy, but small. The hotel was very convenient to the venue where I was speaking this morning. Although I didn't take advantage of it, the complimentary breakfast is a nice offering to guests.
