Comfort. Hard working staff.
Allergy attentive. gluten free cereal and bread available. They said milk also but that must be for the dairy free people. All sheets and towels were very nice. Bed was comfortable and so was room temperature which we could adjust. Everything seemed new and worked well.

I brought my swim trunks hoping to do a few laps, only to find out the pool was closed for remodeling for two weeks. It's not fair that we were not notified and could have made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. We should get some kind of refund. We shortened our stay by a night. Hilton has done nothing to offer any kind of refund or coupon. They will need to earn my business before I ever stay at a Hilton!!

Our room was at the end of the hall and it appeared to be clean. The room temperature was set at 75*F, so it seemed stifling when we first arrived. Luckily the thermostat allowed us to cool the room to 65*F, which was much more preferable to us. Check in and Check out was easy. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible. The property was well kept and clean as well.
