Room was clean and TV channel selection was great.
Centrally located in Boulder, Colorado, this historic hotel features Victorian décor with modern amenities and is 5 minutes’ walk from Pearl Street Mall.
Breakfast was good but not exceptional or even great.
so many things to do and we enjoyed Pearl Street. Other sites such as Estes Park close by and other cities in the mountains. People very friendly, and lots of places to walk. I felt safe and happy being there.

Traffic can be a headache during peak hours so we would recommend traveling in the off peak times to sightsee etc. It's definitely not the midwest, people seemed snobby or rude most places and looked at me funny when I said excuse me if I walked by anyone in a tight area. No-one else excused themselves or tried to avoid colliding down the busy morning sidewalks downtown or in shops/restaurants. My adult daughter stated it's because we are from the midwest & people do things diff here.

This is a great hotel! Perfect location if visiting downtown Boulder, especially the University. Rooms were well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous. Really enjoyed their social hour with wine and snacks every evening. HIghly recommend, we will be staying at this hotel again!

Great place to visit...location is great for area, price is inflated for a Hilton and for location! This hotel is squeezed between another hotel and a strip plaza. Stay closer to Pearl St for better food and better location. The a/c unit in this place is very noisy. I found this to be an average hotel for the prce and skipped out on the burgers and nachos on the menu, surrounding area has much better food with cheaper prices. Also there is a charge to park a car there that most hotels don't have.

We came into town for a football game.
We came into town for a football game. CU has the most hostile and aggressive fans that we have ever encountered. We travel to a lot of college games and were warned by a number of friends and locals about this beforehand but were definitely not prepared for the vicious and obnoxious behavior exhibited by students and adults. It took away from the experience at this fabulous stadium.
Lots of restaurants and hiking trails but definitely not the friendliest city that we have every visited, though Flatiron coffee shop is amazing.

Boulder is the perfect destination for an outdoor visit.
Boulder is the perfect destination for an outdoor visit. Hiking everywhere, bike trails everywhere! Pearl Street offers shopping and food. There was even a mile run downtown when we visited! Try Audrey's Pizza Garage and Sweet Cow for ice cream. If you hike, use the fee park and ride shuttle bc trailhead parking is tough.
We had the two bedroom suite and loved it! It had a lot of charm and space, it was even better than we anticipated. It was a very cold weekend and the rooms were nice and warm. It was great to have a kitchen and dining room to cook and eat our own meals. The morning breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice. The location was also great and convenient to all the attractions in Boulder. My 2 year old son particularly loved the playground and Boulder creek across the street.
It was in North Boulder so unless you bike you will need a car to get around. The hotel has recently been given a facelift. Our room was clean and the windows actually open! The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. I have to say the room coffee was better than the lobby but it was just fine.
Down the street on Broadway is a place called Lucky's Market. There is a cafe called Lucky's Cafe, don't miss it! We ate there 2 out of 3 mornings!
Lovely base to explore the mountains. Clean and warm. The location is perfect. There are trails starting at or nearby the hotel. It is also only like 8 minute's drive to Boulder. It definitely did exceed our expectations. Excellent value for money and perfect for Hikers / Climbers / Mountain bikers. The knowledgeable and friendly staff can help you to plan too with good advice. There is no cell signal but they provide really good and reliable wifi.
Our King room (#101) was incredibly comfortable & well-appointed. It had a seating area & foldout couch, the king bed was like a cloud & the air conditioner cranked on our hot weekend. Fab location to Pearl Street & food/shopping. The jacuzzi & game room were welcome bonuses. But most of all, the staff John & Connor were super helpful & owner Shannon, was terrific. Will definitely stay again - hoping my son will go to UC Boulder.
Disgusting, filthy, and disturbing hotel. I regret booking here for one night and feel completely ripped off. Stains all over the carpet. Filthy smears of dark stuff all over bathroom walls. Bug infested. I will never ever stay here again and I am contacting the health department because I am 100% certain this pace should be shut down due to health regulations, if that even exists in Boulder, CO.
The location was ideal.
The room was spacious and bed comfortable.
Breakfast was eclectic and all personal preferences were kindly met.
The personal attention given by the staff was impressive and appreciated.
The large lounge area was a big plus, particularly the snug seating in the library area.
Computer and printing availability was useful.
Hotel is spotless. Staff are very professional and helpful. I needed a quieter room and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my request. Breakfast is excellent. Pool is small but spotless. I would definitely go back to this hotel. It is superb!
The room was really modern and clean. There are a lot of games to play. We played ping-pong, did a little bit of a wall climbing and went in a hot tub in the evening. And all of it for free.
Close to the mail Pearl st and downtown.
Clean hotel with standard beds. Super comfortable pillows. Good location just off the highway. 10 minute drive to nice Boulder downtown, Nice walking area restaurants and shops. they have bicycles to use good hot hotel breakfast
Location was great - convenient to downtown Boulder area & walkable. Included breakfast was very good. Mattress was way too soft for me, but that’s a personal preference. King suite was spacious & very quiet spot on 5th floor.
The location is perfect if you want to visit CU Boulder and spend time downtown as it's smack dab between the two! The staff is incredible, the rooms are super comfortable and clean. Home away from home.
An affordable hotel -- relatively good location for accessing south boulder area. In the middle of a residential neighborhood and we missed entrance as GPS was a little off. Room was clean.
Beautiful area, very quite, out of Boulder city, just few minutes driving from. Great helpful nice stuff-team. Thank you for all your recommendations. Pleasant stay ❤
Includes a complete full size kitchen. Modern facility. Has a hot tub. Nice and friendly staff. Large quiet room. Next to walkinging trail in residential area.
