Did not like breakfast, we travelled all across the US and it was inferior.
They put chemicals in the pool at 9:00 both times we were there and stay there to swim so we were disappointed and cold not wait 2 hours. The front dead girl was great. I can’t remember her make. Red hair

Review about Gaia hotel stay. staff couldn’t find my reservation blamed Booking.com, stated they didn’t receive it. charged me 152.00 + for a room I already paid for, would not listen to me when I tried to show the communication I had received from Gaia about my reservation. They eventually found my reservation on their counter!! I spoke to 3 people and finally requested the manager call me, it’s been 6 days and still have not heard from them. will never return or recommend this hotel.

Loved the eclectic thrift/antique store called EZpick'nz, housed in a refurbished Quonset hut on Historic Hwy. 99 (6176 Parallel Rd.; ezpicknz.com). Jose's Diner on outskirts of town (near airport) is best bang for breakfast or lunch buck (closes at 2 PM). We'll return to this area this spring for the week-long Cool April Nights activities that culminate in a nostalgia meet at nearby Redding Drag Strip.

Great family park nearby with a splash park for the kids and family to enjoy. The park had fishing, concerts, disc golf, bbq areas and pits, plenty of parking, right on the river. Beautiful park especially at sunset!!

We were visiting an injured relative in Anderson, so location was great. Room was clean, front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Anderson is Anderson as far as the city is concerned. Not a destination unto itself but this hotel is one of two we stay at when in area.

I haven't spent a great deal of time here, but what I have seen it's a lovely little city. They have a nice fairgrounds with some good events (and free parking!). Being on I-5 means they have more amenities than you would expect from its size--a fair variety of hotels, shopping, and restaurants.

I used to live in Anderson about 17 years ago.
I used to live in Anderson about 17 years ago. I loved living there. If you like the country, this is one place to visit. Actually, Shasta County is beautiful. People can visit Anderson River Park, the Outlet Center and once a year the Shasta County Fair located in Anderson. It's been quite a few years, I'm assuming the Fair still goes on. The Visitor Center is located in the Outlet Mall. They have so much information there, not just Anderson, but all of Shasta County.
Had to cancel, no where on the description does it state there is a requirement for 100 dollar deposit. Extremely not satisfied, very unhappy, ane priceline needs to call ALL THEIR HOTELS AND SERVICES and update the information with deposit prices! RIDICULOUS and this happened 3 times noe!
The hotel get a recent upgrade. The room looks very good. Things are nee and room is very clean. They also have a indoor swimming pool which the water is heat to a perfect temperature. The front desk Mike is very friendly and helpfull. Five star for sure especially consider the price here.
The breakfast was a marked improvement over the sack meals we had at the beginning of our trip. But, it was not nearly as good as some of the breakfasts I have had at other Best Western Motels in years gone by.
Bree, the front desk person did her best to make the situation better. This hotel is remodeling so I am not going to get into all of the problems. Bree is the only saving grace that I could find here.
Gorgeous view of the river, perfect-for-two small space, nice interactions with host, generous welcome snacks and beverages. Waaaaay better than a night in a hotel at the same price.
I was robbed of some possessions out of my room, approximately 1,400.00. Police report has been filed and the hotel hasn’t reached out to me regarding this incident.
Beautiful, clean and very safe place to stay. Great customer service.
I will definitely stay here next time for my next trip to Redding.
Thank you very much.
