Very comfortable, clean place. The bed was very comfortable and for the couch there is an extra mattress so it’s also comfortable for a sleep.We were 2 adults and a child and the place was perfect!
Very important aspect for us next to cleanness and comfort is the host and the hosts of this property are extraordinary. Here you can feel the true hospitality of the Bulgarian people. The hotel was located very centrally and the staff was nice but did not speak English very well. They did try or relied on Google translate --which worked fine. The only "issue" we had was that the a/c did not work at night--although I have had that in other parts of Bulgaria where they say if the evening temperature is too cold the A/C does not turn on. It was very pleasant outside but the problem with leaving the window or terrace door open was the noise from the neighborhood dogs that roam all of the outskirt villages of Bulgaria (at least the ones we visited) --as do cats. It seems they are well fed but appears that they do not believe in spay and neuter :(
