Nice town and it had a pleasant feel about it. Nice restaurants and plenty of choice. Quaint shops and interesting places to walk around. Beach could do with some cleaning of rubbish but otherwise I would definitely visit Amasra again. We had kahvalti at one lokanta which was excellent and ate at two fish restaurants which were both good and value for money.

The city and its surrounding are a gift from the mother nature. There are a lot of restaurants that serve fresh sea fish. The sunset from the inland harbor is awesome. You should visit this place just to follow the sunset.
Everything was perfect. Hotel is not close to the city center but one can take a taxi ride ( 80tl) or the car downtown. Its only 2km. The hotel itself it very clean, nice AC rooms and all the amenities. The owners speak English and try to do their best to accommodate you during your stay. Breakfast was amazing also. We visited in August and hotel was full but the personal went over their heads to make us feel pleasent. And also, the free tea was a bonus.
Great breakfast with homemade food, freshly made bread and vegetables grown in the owner's garden! The owners also roasted chestnuts as a gift at night--from the owner's orchard. Generally the owners are quite enthusiastic and speak English well.
Comfortable room with partial view of the Black Sea a bit out of Amasra (and much calmer), and a good launching point for the coastal road if you feel like a beautiful road trip.
I loved the location. It was just a few minutes walk to everywhere. Also, we loved the little kitchen in the basement, which I used a few times to cook home meal for my toddler. The owner Mr. Ugur was wonderful, the lady attending to the housekeeping was very nice too. All in all, we loved this place and would stay there again if we visit Amasra.
Central location, close to beach and restaurants. Rooms were tidy and cosy. Breakfast was extra but was good quality and served in little garden next to hotel. Wifi was not too bad (in terms of what we’d come to expect during our trip).
A modern four star "Hilton" type hotel. Nice big pool. Large rooms, comfortable common areas. Breakfast very good and restaurant meal in the evening good too (with wine), though service, though cheerful and helpful, needs to be better.
Great hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are spacious, well thought out and very clean. Each room comes with its own inviting outdoor space. It's a very peaceful place and we really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was more or less perfect with our stay in Amasra, from the great location, to parking, to the quietness of the building to wifi, cold a/c to being so perfectly centralized in town.
Owner Can bey and his staff are great people who make you feel at home and care about their guests. The hotel is located on a perfect spot in Amasra, highly recommended.
Host are fluent in English which is pretty rare to find in this part of Turkey, great for getting additional info about the area and other local tips for restaurants.
Quite comfortable hotel, rooms facing the sea have a good view and good balcony, at walking distance from downtown, breakfast nothing special, parking on site.
A very nice hotel in a traditional, well renovated ottoman house. The owners are really friendly. The location really central but still in a quiet place
