The room is finally renovated and the infinity pool is stunning. The staff are truly friendly even gave us time to use the infinity pool til 9pm bcs our check in time was around 6pm. The view they gave was also the best besides the last time I came. Room 441, no regrets. But somehow we don’t get buffet to eat bcs I truly understand the occupancy is low. Before, it was even horrible bcs the peak season maybe it was around 2022 christmas if am not mistaken.

Nice sea view. Efficient and polite housekeepers. However, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities is poor. There were stains and hole on the bed covers, bed has insect wings. Toilet sink was leaking. Not value for money for such poor maintenance and cleanliness.

Over priced, unless valued. The hotel chalet was furnished as a no star room and price at the 5 star rate. The toilet was never scraped for a Long time and the pot and pans look like it was savaged from garage sale. I would advise all customers to avoid this hotel.philipSingapore - 6.0Scored 6.0

It really depends on what you are looking for, the area is remote, to travel to the malls would be at least 30 minutes. But if you just want a quiet place to R&R, then this might just be the right place. The beach is dirty by the way.

Love the pool, it has changed slightly and a small slide was added. The beach area has changed as well, use to be grass to sand and sea directly. Now its replaced by concrete path to split the areas. Waves are huge, swimming definitely not recommended. Low tide is beautiful, walked out on the sand for quite a distance.LLipingSingapore

We had a 2-bdrm sea-facing villa and we enjoyed unblocked seaview and our own private pool. Villa was well-appointed and clean but shows signs of age and being by the sea. The staff were among the best! From Musri at reception and the team at the bike depot (we were there for Tour de Batam) we were so well cared for we were able to totally relax.
