The room was nice and the bed clean and comfortable.
The room was nice and the bed clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, although there was a bit of black mold around the tiles above the bath. The entrance to the accommodation was where the smokers smoke so entering and leaving you were having to pass the through the smoke which is unpleasant for a non smoker.

Great that the train station was right next to Narborough Arms however the rooms are much to be desired carpets filthy, wallpaper peeling off the walls, trunking on electrical cables coming away, mould around the bath wall paper coming away from the window in bathroom bed hard as nails no breakfast although pub does food all day however bakery across the road does lovely breakfasts whole place needs to have money spent on it I am afraid that although the Manageress is lovely and tries to accommodate she is fighting a losing battle and the rooms you can here everything that is going on in the room next to you I think that the rooms are let out to just anyone whose had too much to drink and can't drive home so very noisy with drunkards
The staff are always excellent and accommodating. I’ve stopped here several times and will definitely stop many times again when needed in the future. If you don’t want frills or breakfast but want a clean room with crispy fresh bedding, would highly recommend the Narborough Arms! Free parking onsite too which is always a frustration sometimes at other hotels. 👍
Parking is behind the pub and all that is required is for you to enter your registration for the free parking. It's a n easy check in at the pub bar, there isn't a dedicated hotel reception.
The hotel is a Green King hotel/pub, the food in the pub was a reasonable standard and what we ordered wasn't a dried out disaster like we've had elsewhere.
The hotel was a bit dated but the room was clean as were the beds. Clean towels and plenty of hot water. Nice Indian restaurant is attached to the hotel, only there for one night attending a funeral nearby. Overall I thought the hotel was good value for the price paid.
Basic hotel, perfectly adequate for an overnight stay part way through our journey. Nice indian restaurant attached, fish and chips a few doors away, and a nice country pub nearby, part of the Greene King chain.
Warm welcome and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and functional. Useful to access Kirkby Mallory racing circuit (rather than going from central Leicester). Easy to get to the hotel from the M1.
The hotel was just as expected, best night sleep in a long time and felt very welcomed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.
