Clenaghans, hotel in Moira

Clenaghans features self-catering suites, which have been converted from old farm buildings.

My second stay and it was as great as the first. The suite/apartment is comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. They even provide bacon, sausages, eggs and other breakfast items as well as fresh milk and bread. The whole place is comfy with quality sheets, towels, etc and it's a great place to snuggle into and ignore the outside world.

Moira is such a beautiful village.

Moira is such a beautiful village. I went for a walk in Moira Demesne. I cycled in the area and I went for a jog down along the canal which was absolutely stunning. There is a fantastic restaurant / bar next door, called the Stillhouse and the food there is mouthwatering and great value for money. There is also a lovely coffee shop across the street called Fine, which does very fine food too. It's very convenient to the motorway as well....

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed as a group of friends who were attending a wedding in Moira and the venue was ideal for all our needs. We had a family, couples and single people all who had their own space plus an excellent communal space to meet in one of the cottages when required. Each cottage was unique and felt traditional with a modern twist. I would highly recommend Clenaghs to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Our stay here was just amazing. I honestly cannot find the words to fully express how wonderful this place is. We didnt want to leave. Owners and staff could not do dnough for us... Buttons the dog also made us feel welcome. The restaurant food was just delightful. Staff very friendly. The location was perfect for walking and Moira was only a short drive away.

I stay here every time I visit family in Northern Ireland. The restaurant is always used for a get together meal, as the food is always good and great value. The old buildings have such character, however they are well heated (necessary with stone walls), clean and enough facilities for a stay.

We were delighted with our visit to Valley Stream Guest House. We stayed in the annex where we enjoyed our own little apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with croissants, fruit and cereal for breakfast. Great value ! Laura was a lovely friendly host

Great breakfast! Great rooms, very comfy! I am used to boutique hotels with no staff on site until breakfast. However, the rest of my family with me were surprised and unsure. We ran across owner who was very helpful with extra linens and info.
